| We spent the end of August relaxing in this wonderful 1902 Home. Jackie and Patrick were wonderful hosts. We entertained our friends from the area in their beautiful back yard. They really have thought of everything. It really is the ideal place for a vacation. |

This is a great child friendly home: high chair, stroller, crib. My daughter, her 3 yr. old son & 10 mo. old daughter spent 2 days here with me. A wonderful shady Boulder Park is a 3 block walk from the house. Our 4th generation still loves this up-dated park. |

| My wife and I just returned from a brief stay in this home. It was a truly enjoyable experience. The owners of this home are very accomodating and have thought of virtualy every possible need you may have. The location of the home is superb. I highly recommend this property. |

| We just returned from a stay there and had a great time. We were even able to entertain quite a few family and friends and they all loved the house and were very comfortable. We will be back, thanks for a great 4 days. |

| We just returned from a 6 day stay at this wonderful property. I would strongly recommend it to anyone that is traveling to Colorado Springs. It is a beautiful home and was very comfortable for our party of 4, but would easily work for a larger group. Thank you for your hospitality! |

| My college roommate and I stayed here over our homecoming weekend at CC - what a warm, cozy and wonderful place to stay! the kitchen was well stocked, even with some extra treats provided by the owner; and the bedrooms were pretty and comfortable. The home was clean and nicely decorated. It would be a nice place to go for a romantic weekend! |

| We had the best time at the Downtown house. The welcome was out of this world. My husband had just come back from a 19mth deployment and we could not have chose a better place for us and our kids to stay. The hospitality was next to some nice bed and breakfast that we have visited. We will make this our stay when we return to Colorado Springs again. Thank you for everything!!! |
