| We had a great stay in late March 09. The location was great, the condo was modern and updated and the owner was very helpful. He made us feel like a member of the family. We hope to come back soon and rent this unit. |

| Our family of 4 loved this property! We had an excellent stay....very comfortable furnishings, fireplace, kitchen setup, linens, everything A+. Very convenient for catching the gondola to Beaver Creek. Great personal service from owner. Reasonable rates. Highly recommended! |

We were delighted! We are discerning guests and enjoy finding good deals for elegant, comfortable and functional stays. This villa exceeded our expectations.
We were warmly greeted by the owner and found the villa, in a word, spotless. The villa is elegantly decorated, functional and better, we thought, than advertised. It is tastefully detailed with local cultural icons which add to the experience.
The beds are ample and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. It has plenty of closet space. It also provides a large digital TV and Comcast cable, with enough programming to satisfy kids and adults, and a comfortable sofa to view it.
There is a nearby Recreation Center with Jacuzzis and a Pool. Bring the swim suits!
The owner volunteered to offer advice on the area and he was gracious about our calls for advice. He called us during our stay to ensure that we were ok. We had nothing adverse to report.
We highly recommend this villa and the owners. We will be back! |

| WE STAYED HERE AROUND CHRISTMAS '08.WE WERE ALSO GREETED BY THE OWNER,AND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE.THE CONDO WAS EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES ON THE WEB SITE,BUT PICTURES DO NOT SHOW THE UPSCALE LINENS PRESENT TO ADD TO THE COMFORT OF OUR STAY.I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS CONDO AND OWNER.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO |

| We were warmly greeted at the condo by the owner upon arrival. It was pleasantly clean and furnished exactly as shown on the website. A very comfortable ski condo with all amenities and accessories of a home! Its convenient location on the Avon ski shuttle route allows easy access to the Riverfront gondola and Lower Beaver Creek Express lift. We had another excellent ski week with fresh snow at Vail & Beaver Creek. More reasons for us to return every year since 2002! |
