Wow! What great digs! Great views from every room and both decks! And on only the BEST SKIING on all of Norris Lake! Super accomodations both insdie and out - and the lovliest hostess in all East Tennessee!

"ONAWIM" is exactly what this was! Jon found out on Tuesday that he needed to come to TN and we were here on Sunday. This trip was work for him, but I just needed to take a break from a very stressful job. (as we all need to do more often.) These past four days have been most wonderful, and to think it all began with the click of a mouse and a search through cyberspace! It was well worth every one of the 1,000+/- miles we drove to get here. Never did we expect such warmth and hospitality! We thank you for opening up your home to us for a few days to recharge our batteries and start our search for a retirement home. The most memorable and meaningful aspect of our stay here was meeting you. We're so glad we had the oppportunity to share some time - lots of laughs, helpful advice, and plain old-fashioned friendship - it feels like we've known you all our lives. We'll be back next year! Today the Stager family and my girlfriend, Terra, traveled to Pigeon Forge and visited Dollywood's Splash Mountain! It was a really fun time. Afterwards, we ate at Corky's and ordered the big BBQ platter. After that, we drove some go-karts at the track. It was TONS of fun! The lake here is great too. There are some cliffs along the side that we climbed up and jumped off. One was at least 35-40 feet tall! The house is great and very cozy. It sure is a great place to stay for a week!
