If you are looking for a great place in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach and feel overwhelmed with the seeminglgy endless choices, look no further, you will not be disappointed! We decided on Caribe because of what the entire resort complex offered vs. the standard condo on the beach with a postage stamp sized pool and a short strip of beach frontage.
Our two girls, 12 and 7 were never bored. There are about 8 pools to choose from, with water slides at several of them, hot tubs, a lazy river to drift around on, two putting greens, a playground, a game room, saunas and so much more. Caribe is not located directly on the beach, but across the street from a long stretch of state park beach. A tram shuttles back and forth to the state park beach access points and is not a problem at all.
In addition to all of what Caribe offers, this unit was fabulous. Well appointed, clean as a pin and an amazing view of the gulf. We would highly recommend this unit and look forward to returning soon!
