| My family held our annual Hilton Head reunion at 99 Mooring Bouy and had a wonderful time! The layout of the house is perfect - the bedrooms are set up so that everyone feels as though they have their own "space," which is a minor miracle when you have a lot of people arriving and departing throughout the week. The kitchen, as always, seems to be the gathering place for all families, and this kitchen was certainly large enough to accomodate all of us. At different times during that week, all of my mother's children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren passed through the doors of this beautiful home. The pool and the hot tub were fantastic, but the short walk to the beach was the highlight for most of us. Come prepared to never want to go home! |

| My family and I recently stayed in this very lovely home for a week with 2 other families. It was perfect! Just a few steps from the beach, and a great pool in the back with a heated spa. The accommodations were also outstanding; despite the number of people (including 10 children!) staying in the house, we all had plenty of room and privacy. I would recommend this rental to anyone, and would love to go back again! |

| I stayed in this house the week after Easter 2007 with 2 other families. This property is everything the listing says it is and more. Absolutely beautiful and clean. We had 3 families staying there with 7 adults and 9 children ranging in age from 4 to 15. Each family had plenty of privacy and plenty of fun. I've rented near-beach properties online before. This was the nicest house and the best rental, by far. The owners were very accomadating and very nice. I highly recommend it...a vacation we'll never forget! |
