| My family had a wonderful time in the Fall. Colors were beautiful, the air was crisp and clean, and the mountains were spectacular! The cabin is well appointed with MANY aminities and Ashley was very easy to work with. Looking forward to staying agin! |

My parents rented this house for "home base" the weekend I got married in Lake Tahoe. The house was perfect there was 9 adults and had plenty of room! The upstairs master was great for us 3 girls, especially all of us getting ready on the wedding day! We also had a little reception here afterward with about 22 people and we had plenty of space. We had intended to use the back deck, since the forecas was 60 degrees, but when we got back to the house after the wedding it was snowing outside! Ashley and Marcus are the best to work with and were willing to help with my flower delivery since we live 8 hours away! Can not say enough good stuff, the walking trails are nice & we found interesting stuff on our walks. Location is great, close to everything. When we come back for an anniversary we will definately look this up again!
Thanks Ashley and Marcus for helping make my day that much more special!

| Many thanks for all the extras that you put in your home that makes it soo comfortable. We enjoyed our five days there so much, that we contemplated even coming home so soon. We all had plenty of room and our dog Carson was enjoying all the walks everyday. He also enjoyed being able to make friends with Sammy! Thank you for allowing dogs at your home. Many beautiful memories! |

| Our vacation at this home was both exciting and relaxing. All 9 of us (6 adults, 2 young children, and 1 Golden Retriever) truly enjoyed the house, and the bedroom/bathroom arrangements were perfect. There is nothing more enjoyable than eating dinner together as a family out on the deck in the back yard, where there is ample room to sit back and enjoy the air and trees. Whether napping on the hammock, reading a magazine on the front porch, riding bikes through the trailhead just down the street, or driving the short distance to any one of the local beaches or attractions, this house is well appointed and convenient. The owner takes great pride in this home, and I sensed that she was very interested in making sure my stay was memorable. Thanks! |

| My family and I (2 kids, 2 adults, 2 golden retrievers) just returned from a 5 night stay at this home and we loved it. It's a beautiful home - not your typical rental by any means. From the beautiful artwork on the walls to the comfy linens on the beds, all the details have been taken care of. It's very comfortable and warm - just the place you want to go back to after a day on the slopes! We highly recommend this home! |

We had a very nice long weekend. The house is much nicer than other houses I've rented in South Lake. The location is very convenient, close to heavenly and a little closer to Kirkwood. You can't go wrong renting this palce!

| What a great place to stay. We found this cabin on VRBO and the pictures on there do not do this place justice, it is beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back! Not only was it so nice and clean, but working with the owner was easy and quick. We came home yesterday and today we already received out deposit back. Super quick! Thanks for everything and we will see you soon. |

My family had a great time. The house was great the weather was great and we did not have to even leave the house the kids just played in the backyard. They had a blast they did not want to come home. I will be telling my family and friends about this house. We will be back:)

| Love this house. Very warm and comfortable. We felt right at home. Plus you are minutes from downtown South Lake Tahoe, but the area feels like you are out in the wilderness. We will be back many times! |

This place was awesome! It is centrally located, close to ski resorts, snow park, restaurants etc. yet nice and quiet. It is also really close to the the casinos in Nevada.
We had a great time there & plan to go there again in the summer to make use of all the hiking trails in the backyard. |
