| Despite the rain, our family had a great time at the Shores of Panama. Larry was great to work with and was so kind to check on us after we arrived. Everything was just a described. The view was spectacular, the bed slept like a dream and the pool and beach were great. My family will recommend Larry's condo to all our friends ( or we may just keep it our secret, so he won't be booked up!). Thanks, Larry and Karen, for everything. Looking forward to returning - hopefully, next year. |

| We absolutely love this condo, it is beautiful. The interior is decorated beautifully with all the amenities of home. Our favorite was this unit is located on the 4th floor right next to the stairs leading to the pool and beach, which saves so much time and energy when carring beach toys, chairs, and coolers. The Shores is wonderful, daily activities for the kids with the best pool in Panama. Larry was great to work with, very helpful and give us many helpful tips that really comes in handy. We will definitely be back to The Shores and unit 403 is where we want to stay!!! |

| THE CONDO WAS EVERYTHING THAT WE HAD HOPED FOR AND MORE. THE KIDS LOVED THE WRAP AROUND DECK AND THE POOL WAS GREAT (EASY ACCESS). WE VISITED SHELL ISLAND WHILE WE WERE THERE AND THAT WAS THE ONLY DISAPPOINTMENT WE HAD. WITH SMALL CHILDREN THIS IS TOO PRIMITIVE AND SHELLS WERE FEW AND FAR BETWEEN.(LESSON LEARNED) THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLE NEED AND MORE. THANKS FOR THE GREAT VACATION!! |

We come to PC Beach usually twice a year, and
this condo was by far the nicest and cleanest we
have stayed at. The condo is in a perfect location of
the building with a great beach view, not too high
& not too low. It also has a great pool view with the
wrap around balcony. Larry was great to work with
he made sure everything was okay when I arrived.
The condo had alot of extras such as beach chairs
and board games to play. The kids really enjoyed
them. Too bad this condo is already rented for the
dates I am coming back, of I would have definatley
came back to this one. The lagoon pool is
awesome! You will not be disappointed if you pick
this condo! |

| As a repeat renter, we just wanted to say that our second stay at unit 403 was even better than the first. This condo makes you instantly feel right at home and it has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There is such a gorgeous view of the ocean and the pool. You do not have to carry a key, as there is a keypad on the door....so nice! There is a guitar for the musically inclined and a telescope, binoculars, an extra chair to bring to the pool area. You can order breakfast from the hut and eat right at a table by the pool area. So pleasant! It is a few steps from pineapple willys and pompanos. We wish we were still there! It is a very nicely decorated and handy condo on the 4th floor right by the steps! Larry is very easy to work with and wants everything to be perfect for your trip. We highly recommend this condo. | Thanks for the wonderful place to stay on our Thanksgiving get-a-way. We arrived late at night but awoke to beautiful views of the beach. It was wonderful to sit in the living room and look out over the ocean. We even got to see dolphins off of the shore. The colors of the water is breathtaking. The condo was beautifully decorated and relaxing. It was conviently located to many restruants (if we didn't want to cook)and many things to do even in the off season. Thanks again. |

| This was our second time to visit this area and condo due to we loved it so much the first time. Mr.Orman is great to deal with he is very concerned that your stay is a great one. The view you have from this condo is the most beautiful view you could ever want to see. Doesn't matter where you are in the living room all you see is ocean!! We have a child that is handicapped and in a wheelchair this place is perfect everything is easy to get to and there are some beach shops that are within walking distance. We can't say enough great things about this place and we will stay here on our next trip to Panama City. |

| This place is wonderful. Pictures do not do it justice. Views were spectacular. We were attending the Thunder on the Beach motorcycle rally and came down for 10 days. Not only were the amenities super, we were centrally located to everything. Beautiful place and great area. |

| We have just returned home from a great vacation at your condo unit #403. There are so many great things about this condo, it is hard to list them all. The decor was fabulous and the keyless entry, location, gorgeous views from the balcony and living room are just a few amenities we enjoyed. Larry, the owner, was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We plan to return again soon and hopefully it will be available. This is one vacation that was very pleasant and enjoyable. |

| My family and I stayed for a week at this spacious, comfortable, condo unit, and we were quite impressed. All the amenities a person/family would need, the owners provided. The unit was very clean and superbly decorated to suit all tastes. The views from the windows and balcony are unbelievable; we even watched a dolphin leaping in the Gulf from our balcony. The owner, Larry Oram, was a pleasure to deal with; very nice, accommodating, and thorough. My daughter forgot her dresses hanging in the bedroom closet at the condo, and Larry called me to find out if they belonged to us and offered to mail them to our home in Wisconsin. I would recommend this owner and his beautiful condo to anyone considering a Gulf Coast vacation. |

| We at a great time at the Shores of Panama in Unit 403! The views of the gulf from the condo were breath-taking and the pool looked like something from the tropics. The kids enjoyed the DVD rentals along with the pool and the beach and were always entertained. The owner, Larry, was very accomodating and called to check on us when we arrived. The beds were so comfortable and plush, I didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to this unit on our next visit to Panama City Beach! |

| Larry's condo is BEAUTIFUL! The views are by far the best at the shores. Everything we needed for our family of 6 was there, super convient to the stairs (so you do not need to worry about the elevators), and they are the most comfortiable beds I have ever slept on!! The keyless door lock is so great, the kids never had to bother losing their keys! We stayed for 1 week, and decided we needed one more day, and rented another place at the shores, and the other room does not compare! And the location of the shores is great (you never have to deal with the horrible traffic on Front Beach Road). Great views of the gulf and of the pool, we will definatly be back next year. Thank you again for allowing us to have a wonderful vacation! |

| Otis and I agreed that the condo was the best one we had ever stayed in. Not only was it decorated beautifully, it also had great views of the pool and the ocean. The sunsets were great. We heard absolutely no noise the entire time. We had a peaceful as well as restful trip. We also appreciated the fact that the owner called to make sure that we got in alright and also got home safely. What a good guy! Thanks for letting us share your condo for a few days. We hope to use it again. |

Your condo #403 is awesome. The ocean and pool view are nice. I like your Decor and we felt right at home.
I love the pool, the water was a little cold in April. We hope to stay there again and we will tell all our friends and family to try to stay there too.

I cannot say enough about this GORGEOUS condo! My family and I felt like we were in our own private resort in Larry's condo. It is by far the quietest unit we have ever stayed in. Every detail is perfected with class and comfort in mind. The furnishings and decor are outstanding. It was by far the best view we have ever had on a beach vacation and at times while lying on the bed, you feel as though you are on a cruise ship with only the ocean as your view! The pool reminded us of a tropical resort. Larry is BY FAR the most accomodating and kindest owner we have EVER dealt with. He is only worried about your comfort and satisfaction. If we return to Panama City, Fl., Larry's condo will be the ONLY one we rent! Thank you, Larry, for absolutely everything.

| We just returned from the condo and wish we were still there. We have been to Panama City many times and this is the best condo on the beach. The condo is beautiful. It is decorated extemely well and the layout is great. The beds are so comfortable....even my children commented on the comfortable beds. The view from the condo is amazing. We were able to sit on the balcony and watch several sunsets. The pool is by far the best pool in Panama City. We loved the convenience of walking to Pinneapple Willy's to eat or have a drink and watch the sunset. Larry is wonderful and called to make sure everything was going okay while we were staying in the condo. Stay here. You'll love it! |

Awesome. The panoramic view from the living room and patio watching the dolphins jump was breath taking. Having been blessed to have visited many beautiful destinations we truly believe that this was one on the top of the list to revisit often. Walking on the beach with the beautiful white sand between our toes, listening to the ocean hit the beach as the sun set was one of the most relaxing and therapeutic experiences we have had.
The condo was perfect. From the decor to having all of the convieniences of home without hassle made the visit a very pleasant experience.
The only difficulty we experienced during the entire visit was the reality of departing.

We had such a wonderful visit January 4-9, 2008 at this beautiful condo. The view is the best we have ever seen. The weather for January was mid 70's and we felt very fortunate we could take advantage of the beach and pool for sunning and enjoying the hot tub. The sand is so clean and fun to take walks on. This was our first visit to Panama City Beach and we enjoyed the T-shirt shopping and fun restaurants. Pineapple Willy's is a short walk up the beach and we also ate at Hammerhead Freds. The condo is such a joy to stay in and getting to know the owners through phone calls and e-mails was very nice. Larry even called twice during our visit to make sure everything was perfect. We hope to return some day and highly recommend this condo for a relaxing stay in Florida.

| Loved it!!. Wish I was still there, and hope to be again soon. We were there the first of Dec. and it was unusually quite for panama city, which is exactly what we wanted. Just sat on the balcony and took in the great views. Hope to be back this summer and enjoy some fun in the sun.This is a very nice condo with great views and in a great location, whats not to love!! The owner of the unit, Larry Oram, is very nice to deal with and seems truly concerned that you enjoy your stay.Would highly recommend this condo to anyone headed to panama city. |

We could not believe we were in Panama City. This
was a beautiful condo, an incredible pool, and really
great views. This condo is perfectly situated next
to the stairs for easy access to the pool and beach.
The view from the balcony is really great. The
condo itself is very nicely done and very
comfortable with great ammenities. We especially
enjoyed having Pineapple Willy's right next door
too. It was a great location for the Florida Ironman.

| Oh what a beautiful place. I do not believe there is a prettier condo on the beach. One side you have a magnificant view of the ocean and the other side overlooks the pool. Take a look at the pool, this is not your ordinary resort pool they have gone above and beyond with their design. We have been going to Ft. Walton for the last 10 years but now will go to Panama City. The area has changed so much. For the better. The owner has been so nice to deal with. In the past we have always dealt with a property management co. What a difference he REALLY cares about your stay and comfort. P.S. At the end of our stay we called the owner and asked if we could stay 1 more night. That speaks for itself. We will be back. |

| Words could not possibly explain the wonderful experience we had during our recent stay at The Shores of Panama. We frequent Panama City Beach on a regular basis, and I can honestly say we have never had a more positive experience than this last visit. The owner of unit 403 (Larry Oram) was sensational from day one in my dealings with him. VERY informing about his unit and VERY pleasant to deal with. The pictures on his website are breath taking, but to actually experience the unit in person is truly awe inspiring. We will definatley be returning in the near future, and it will most certainly be back to this stunning unit. I would highly recommend this resort, in particular this unit (unit 403)to everyone. |
