Casa Bella is a real find! I loved so many things about this home and thought it to be an excellent value.
It was such a treat to return to the beautiful courtyard and garden daily. And it was soooo hard getting out of that awesome bed! So much attention to details that it made me SMILE at every turn!
Mari, the housekeeper is not only just a lovely human being but very efficient and keeps the house SPOTLESS!
Charles [owner] was so attentive, thoughtful and helpful. And I cannot thank him enough for being so gracious and kind.
I look forward to my return visit.

We rented the house for the month of August. It is even more beautiful and comfortable than the pictures can demonstrate. This house is lovingly decorated and outfitted by the owners, with more attention to every detail than homes that are mostly owned as rental properties. It is ideal for a couple who has some guests. Both bedrooms have king beds, are large, and have good sized bathrooms en suite.
The owners are most helpful and available for questions. |

Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful San Miguel home, Case Bella.
The size and location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the quiet street, as well as the short 10 minute walk to town center. In fact, the location allowed us to enjoy the fireworks from the spacious rooftop terrace without the deafening explosion sounds we’ve experienced with other houses located closer to Le Jardin.
We appreciated the nice cross ventilation the house produces and didn’t miss our usual air conditioning. I especially enjoyed the satellite TV with your two flat panels as I was able to keep up with Wimbleton and other athletic competitions. They fit well with the décor and layout of the house.
We’ve been visiting SMA every 3-4 months ....and we find that San Antonio (Casa Bella’s neighborhood) is among the best for tranquility and security, proximity to the Jardin and good local restaurants.
We love San Miguel! Hope to see you there…soon. Please keep in touch.

I wanted to send you a quick note to say how much I enjoyed our visit to San Miguel. As first timers to San Miguel it's hard to fit everthing in in a week's time and still take advantage of a siesta or two. Casa Bella truly is "bella". We felt very comfortable there in the house and I especially loved the gardens.The house was in good working order and easy to relax/sleep in after a full day of shopping walking and seeing the local sights.
Mari is a special person and very competent housekeeper. I was our official translater(with assistance from my husband) and Mari was patient with my Spanish. She cooked for us two nights - chile rellanos, rice and black beans; and another night sopa with chicken.As well as guacamole and salsa.Everything was muy delicioso!
I was so glad we chose Casa Bella for our stay.

After an extensive search for the perfect home in
San Miguel I came across Casa Bella. This was our
5th visit to San Miguel and had previously rented
homes in various neighborhoods. This was our first
time renting in the San Antonio neighborhood
which is a 10 minute walk to the Jardin. For anyone
interested in renting this house you will not be
disappointed. We stayed for two months! It's a
wonderful house to entertain and have parties but
cozy and comfortable for two to four people. Mari
the maid was amazing she took such good care of
us we all came home spoiled...

We loved our stay at Casa Bella! Even before heading to Mexico (San Miguel and Zihuatanejo), Carlos helped us with the logistics of our trip. After a long tiring day traveling we opened the door to Casa Bella and we were wowed! The interior design is fantastic with an obvious artist’s touch. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Mari who showed us throughout this beautiful, tranquil home and had fresh flowers, wine, and guacamole and chips waiting for us. We were truly able to relax, no accommodations were lacking. We especially appreciated the free long distance phone service and there was even a cell phone available which enabled us to take day trips and not worry about getting stranded. We would definitely recommend renting Casa Bella and hope to return ourselves one day.
