| V enjoyable stay & Nancy's vacation rentals staff were really helpful, responsive and easy to deal with. House is efficient and pleasant to be in, with good breeze & ceiling fans keeping it cool even in a heatwave, comfortable beds & well appointed kitchen. Beachcruisers & body boards were a great extra. As others report, excellent neighborhood, great for access to beach, shops and restaurants but still quiet. Four things which would make it even better: overhead lighting in living room isn't very pleasant - could do with some lamps; superficial cleaning was fine but there was lots of dust under beds & in corners; the screens aren't well maintained so there were quite a lot of flying bugs; it would be useful to have some local maps and other local info in the house for out of towners. Would nevertheless recommend as a great place to stay. |

| Oh my goodness we just got back the day before yesterday, and after staying there for 5 days, we want to BUY the house LOL! It was wonderful, and yes, it DID have headache tablets which I needed to take (Thanks to 3 EXCITED to be in San Diego children). The house was spotless, and I'm very very picky! It is literally a block from the beach. We cooked every morning and night. Superb! The kitchen had EVERYTHING and more that you would need. The internet connection actually worked! The shops (Henry's Trader Joes, some sushi place etc) are VERY close. The street is quiet, and the neighbors are courteous. In the mornings I loved seeing the parents walk buy with their beautiful children to take them to swimming lessons two doors down. The house is always cool, and has central Heating (if needed). We are so in love with this rental and I know you will be too! Thank you!!!! |

| We stayed at 1030 Law Street, and it was just perfect. The house was spotlessly clean, it was comfortable, it had everything we needed, right down to the headache tablets in the medicine cabinet! We were just 3 blocks from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We really did not want to leave, and plan to return in the near future. Thanks for everything. |

| We had a fabulous time! The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. The best part was the bicycles and chairs that were available to us. | We stayed at 743 Law Street - 2 bd/1bt - the unit was extremely clean, modern and had everything we needed for a "home away from home" type of vacation. Talked about location and it's really is about location. Beach is just steps away, Dave had to work for part of the time so the wireless connection was so key to our stay. He would sit in the living room working while listening to the waves. What more can one ask for? Beach cruisers were available to use and I certainly used it, used my car twice in the 8 days I stayed. We were supposed to leave on Sunday but the it was heaven on earth so we extended one extra day. Nancy and staffs were very helpful, easily reach so I would definitely recommend her service again for friends and family. |

We stayed in the Law Street condos during the last week of July. We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was well appointed with quality furnishings and appliances. There were a lot of touches that made things very convenient for us, such as the little extras; shampoo, maps, notebook with tourist attractions, the bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.
We were 1 block from the beach, which we appreciated, since our unit was on a quiet street, away from the bustle of the boardwalk. The unit was very clean and made for a very pleasant retreat from our many activities. We hope to come back for another pleasant vacation. |

| My family and I stayed in 641 on July19-27th. We had a fantastic time. The weather was never above 78 degrees and the unit was very clean and very upscale. The patio was excellent for just sitting outside and talking or BBQ. The unit had the ability to open all the large windows to let in the Ocean breeze. Wow. Excellent garden too! The other residents were very friendly as well. And Nancy was very nice and personable. |

| We stayed in the upstairs unit 647 and it was well worth the extra money. The view was great, place was clean, had everything we needed and more. Would definitely come back. Location is close enough, yet far away enough from all the action further south towards the pier and Mission Beach. Park your vehicle in the garage and forget while you are there as everything is right there. |

Fantastic experience in a beautiful setting! Our family of four stayed in the Law Street Complex during the week of the US Open at Torry Pines. The house was a wonderful HOME for the days we were in CA...spotlessly clean, quiet and in a lovely setting just steps from the beach. Nancy and Jackie were wonderful to work with in the planning stages as this was a surprise trip for my family. We also unknowingly left behind a camera and Maria, the housekeeper, was kind enough to give it to Nancy who made an extra effort to send it back to us. (Thanks !!!!)
The location of the home in Pacific Beach was ideal with the beach just steps down the street and stores and restaurants within strolling distance. We especially appreciated the "house rules" that keep the four-plex a quiet, family-friendly place to stay. Wonderful place managed by wonderful people! |

Our stay at the penthouse on Law Street was fabulous. Our family of four found it warm, beautiful, and inviting. The view of the ocean was impeccable. Nancy and her staff think of every detail to make your stay memorable and comfortable. The pictures provided on line are accurate. The location to the beach and boardwalk is perfect as well as location to the shopping and restaurants. Our family decided this is our new place. You will enjoy your stay and not be disappointed. | My family and I spent the weekend on Law Street ( the top unit, with the incredible views of the ocean)-- for the San Diego Marathon and had a wonderful visit! The unit is remodeled with high class and we absolutely loved the views! The touches on the outside porch with the granite for a morning cup of coffee or to watch sunset was my favorite part! The price is exceptional for the value and the location was literally a stone's throw from the beach. The extras like beach chairs, bikes, towels, etc are just wonderful! Loved to TV too! Comment Text: We stayed in the 2 bed/2 bath condo at 709 Law St. the end of April 2008. It was everything stated in the listing. Location,location. We did not even rent a car. We walked, biked, hiked, the whole time.We slept with the sound of waves at night. It was our own piece of paradise.We used everything the unit had to offer, beach towels included.
Nancy was very attentive. We will definitely be back!Can't wait, can't wait.

| What a wonderful experience! We stayed at 709 Law St (April/May 08) and had such a great experience. The condo is literally less than a block to the boardwalk/ocean access/Law St. Park. We walked to get coffee every morning and dinner most nights. The condo itself was clean and had so many special touches (hair dryer, sugar, shampoo, beach towels, gas grill, beach cruisers, etc.)-we didn't end up using them all but were so appreciative that they were there. We biked to Trader Joes for anything else we needed. This place was great for traveling with a toddler and Nancy and Jackie were wonderful to work with. Will DEFINITELY stay again! Thanks! |

I would recommend these rental units to anyone. My husband, 24-year old son and I had a great stay and it was because of these units. They are in a fabulous location, they are neat, clean and stylish and they provide bicycles and beach chairs (which is awesome!). The best way to get around in this part of San Diego is to walk or ride a bicycle. So it was simply the best to either walk or bike to nearby restaurants for breakfast or lunch. And, the beach is just steps away to enjoy any time of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

| My sons and I were very impressed with 709 Law Street. Every room was very clean, and Nancy had thought of just about everything guests might need, even bikes and beach towels! It's quiet and so close to the beach, and the sunsets from the front porch were amazing. The beds and couch and living room chair were extremely comfortable. |

We appreciated how easy Nancy & Jackie made the entire process and all the "little" things they thought of -- including Nancy's area guide with restaurant recommendations and info about local attractions. | My fiance and I stayed at the one bedroom condo at 711 Law St and had an amazing time. Everything in the condo is up to date and spacious. The garage was filled with bikes, beach towels, chairs, etc. Most importantly, the location cannot be beat. Only a half block to Pacific Beach and everything is within walking distance. Also Nancy was available on her cell phone whenever I had a question and even helped me find a laptop to rent in the area. Could not have asked for anything more. |

Very private, clean, well maintained, a wonderful view of the beach and ocean. Located at the edge of the active social area it was a perfect location. | Nancy was kind enough to show us some of her properties when my family were in San Diego in July. We then rented a place on Law street in August and it was wonderful. We are renting a place on Mission Bay in September. They run a class organization. Jackie was fun to deal with and never even made fun of me when I locked all the keys in the condo when we left, locking out the cleaning people. Sorry Jackie. I'll read the directions closer next time. |

| The duplex on Law street was the perfect location for our family to spend the best vacation we have had in a long time. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and wanted our family to share it with us. The duplex was clean, comfortable and accommodating and had everything we needed. The location was great! Just a short walk out our front door to the beach, a short walk to town and bikes for cruising the boardwalk. But the best part was that our sons surprised us by performing a re-newing of our vows ceremony on the beach overlook at sunset. Then the kids made us a fabulous BBQ salmon dinner back at the duplex and we ate out on the patio, and enjoyed a warm San Diego evening with great company. It was the best! Can't wait to go back. |

FANTASTIC!!! My sisters and I stayed in one of the Law street units. This was one of the most comfortable, immaculately kept and decorated, condos that I've stayed in a very long time. We didn't want to stay in a hotel and this was perfect, much better. Steps from the beach, a great patio to relax on and overall a simply fantastic experience. Next time I'm in San Diego I will definitely stay again.

| We have rented from Nancy at least four times in four different locations in San Diego, and we have always been extremely satisfied with the rentals. We needed to escape the summer heat and get our water and ocean "fix" so we rented the Law St. two bedroom lower level condo, less than a block from the water, closer to the grassy park area, and close to the "boardwalk" and all businesses. A delightfully quiet place with all the extras. Law St.was great, but so have all the other places. Nancy does it right! |

| My husband, 13 month old son and I stayed at the 1 bedroom 1 bath rental at 711 Law street for our first family summer vacation. My husband and I honeymooned in San Diego 3 years ago and decided that this is the place we want to spend our vacations. Born and Raised in Southern Ca, I do miss it. When we first arrived and walked up the stairs to the rental, we were in awe! We were so happy that we chose to stay here. Close to the beach, immaculately clean living quarters and a nice place to BBQ, relax and soak up the sun. I've told my family members about the Law Street rentals and we are all planning a larger family vacation next summer. We will definitely be renting from Nancy again. We couldn't ask for a better place! Thank you Nancy!!! Oh, and Jackie, Nancy's assistant is such a pleasure to work with and made the whole rental process painless! Thanks Ladies!! |
