| This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated with an incredibly well-equipped kitchen. It was great being on the ground floor so you could sit out on the spacious lanais or sunbathe in the large wrap around area, instead of just having a small balcony. |

We've vacationed on the Kohala Coast many times
but we won't return to the Big Island unless we can
stay in this condo. Nothing else compares
(including the newly renovated rooms at the Mauna
Kea)!! This was our first VRBO experience and it
exceeded expectations on every level. The owner is
a true pleasure to work with and the unit itself is
exceptional. Our party of 5 (2 parents, 2 kids ages
3 and 5 and 1 babysitter) were in heaven. The
model home decor, breathtaking views, access to
both Mauna Kea (best resort for parents and kids in
my opinion and better than Four Seasons if you like
a stunning beach) and Hapuna plus wonderful
community center make it a sure thing. Next time
we're booking for 2 weeks. |

| We have vacationed several times on Big Island and the Mauna Kea is the premier location and this condo was absolutely perfect. Every detail was thought out, from the quality construction to the wonderful upscale furnishings. This condo is a cut above any rental property we have stayed and has the very best location at Waiulaula. Highly recommend and we will be back again soon. Carla |

| Well this is the best condo we have stayed in on any vacation. We were impressed with the views and the great furnishings. We will be back. Oh yeah and the Mauna Kea is the only place to stay on the Big Island with the finest beaches, tennis and golf. |

We have rented upwards of 20 properties through VRBO throughout the United States and this is the NICEST home we have ever rented. If there was a ranking system for properties, this one would rate a 10 out of 10.
The wide open views to the ocean from the house, the sliding doors that open up fully to enjoy those views, the comfortable and lovely decor, the very well equipped kitchen, the beautiful and very clean bedrooms and bathrooms, the full access to both the Mauna Kea and Hapuna hotels, and countless other extras at this gorgeous home made this one of the best rental experiences I've had yet through VRBO.
The owner was quick to respond to my emails and flexible in working with our nutty schedule. Further, if I needed help,I could call the rental agency located at the Hapuna so I could rely on a local agent if necessary. In all, a fantastic home for our vacation. |

| Well this was the best accommodations we have had in Hawaii. The views were incredible and the resort is the best on the Big Island with oh so fine beaches. They thought of everything at the condo and is is spacious and very comfortable beds, great kitchen, lanai for our many outdoor dinners. If you stay at the Mauna Kea which I highly recommend try to get this unit as it really does have the best location and great furnishings We will be back and we will stay here. |

| We have stayed in several VRBO properties in and outside of the US. This property is one the nicest VRBO properties we have vactioned. Our family of 5 stayed in this condo in July. It is absolutley wonderful and very comfortable. The kitchen is well furnished. We cooked several meals in the condo. Of course our children cannot resist the daily breakfast buffet at Hapuna, so we usually ate breakfast at the hotel. We are repeat guests of the Mauna Kea Hotel and found this to be the perfect solution while the hotel is under renovations. The additional space was such a treat compared to adjoining rooms for ourselves and teen-aged children that we plan to return to this condo even when the hotel reopens. While there we snorkeled either Manua Kea (the beach, tennis and Hau Tree Hut restuarant remanin open during renovations)or Hapuna daily, frequently spotting the sea turtles. We enjoyed both the infinity pool within the development and the pool at Hapuna. My husband worked out daily in the fitness center. It was a fantastic vacation largely because of this property! |

Our family just stayed at this wonderful villa on the
Big Island. The location and the views are
wonderful. It is spacious with great furniture and
wonderful bedrooms, baths, great lanai and
gourmet kitchen. We watched the sunset daily and
were there for full moon which sits in the ocean. I
cannot say enough about how wonderful this villa
is. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! |

| This condo/villa is wonderful. We had a great stay on the Big Island. The condo has spectacular furnishings and is so very comfortable. It is like being in a home. The Mauna Kea beach is the best beach on the Big Island. I would recommend the Mauna Kea area over any other resort area on the Big Island. The Mauna Kea Beach Hotel is closed for renovations but the beach is open the Hapuna Hotel and golf course are open and the tennis facility is the best. |
