| We are native New Yorkers who lived in Miami for 7 years before returning to NYC so we know the city well. My husband, two small children and babysitter stayed at this great apartment and it was comfortable for all of us. It's centrally located, whether you want to go to South Beach or Adventura - it's all an easy commute. We plan to return over and over as it turned out to be a perfect space and location that met all our needs. Thanks Craig!!! |

Your condo is amazing! It's decorated beautifully and so comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location. We didn't eat out much but it was nice to have a lot of restaurants across the street and Walgreens & Publix all within walking distance. We had the best time ever. Now I know why Miami Beach is ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. We walked out at least 100 yds and the ocean water was crystal clear. I'm sure we'll be returning sometime in the near future. It was perfect for our entire family!!! |

| I just returned from a week-long stay in this lovely apartment and, though I don't usually write reviews, had to do so in this case. From the moment we walked into this spacious and beautiful apartment, we were thrilled. It was spotlessly clean, completely appointed, and much larger than we anticipated. The bedrooms are roomy, the living room is comfortable, and there is not only an enormous granite counter/breakfast bar, but also a dining area. The living room has two overstuffed and very comfortable couches, as well as an armchair, and the huge flat-screen TV with DVD player was a big hit in the evenings. There are also a wide variety of DVDs provided, appropriate for children, teens, and adults. In addition to the two bedrooms, which comfortably slept our party of four, there is a lovely wrought-iron daybed, which makes another comfortable sitting area with an accompanying arm-chair and ottoman. All floors are tile, the bathrooms are modern, huge, and beautifully redocorated, and there is a huge closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys. The building itself seems very secure and is clean and quiet. The neighborhood is busy, at 71st and Collins, with many restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach, by the way, is right outside and is gorgeous. We had everything we wanted, and more. The owner of the apartment was nothing but friendly and helpful, and I would absolutely stay again. |

| Great apartment. Incredible decor, super clear, large 2 bed and bath with huge living room. very comfortable to sleep 6 people. we had a great time! right on the ocean with pool overlooking ocean. will stay next year as well! |

| I rented the apartment for 9 days in August 2008. We all enjoyed this nice, well furnished, and well mantained apartment. Additionally, we enjoyed the convenient access to the beach, the swimming pool and the gym. An experience that I would like to repeat. |

I had arranged for my family from france to stay in this apartment and they loved it.
It is ectremely spacious with a very large living room that made it great for having 7 people be very comfortable in the unit.
It is perfectly located in an area with lots of shops in the same street, right on the beach and close to South Beach.

The apartment is exactly as he advertises it on the web. My family and I had a wonderful time for 2 weeks last month. The pool is beautiful, clean, and best of all, warm! The ocean area was great. The apt is well-equipped. Mr Daley provided everything he promised; he was extremely helpful when I called him as we arrived. The people at the front desk are among the nicest I have
encountered anywhere. (I have had lots of vacation rentals, so I am comparing them to many other condo staff.)
