Thanks for providing a great place to stay during our one month vacation. The apartment was conveniently located for all of our daily activities. It was in fabulous condition and in fact looks like a new apartment. The furnishing was great. And thank you for all the extra services, including set up of a temporary meeting room at the leasing center. My kids love it so much they asked if we can come back to the same apartment again next year.

| This condo was perfect for our family! It was close to Disneyland and the beach and lots of different restaurants to choose from. The condo was spacious and the pool was awesome! Eddie met us at the complex and gave us a grand tour of the grounds. We couldn't have asked for anything better! We'll definately be back again next year or maybe sooner! |

| The apartment was very nice, centrally located to shops and restaurants, well furnished with everything you could need, quiet, and a nice set up. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for compete turnkey living. |

| Eddie came promptly to greet me and took time to show me the accmodation and other facilities. The accomodation itself was great to say the least. It was clean, inviting and included many things we may need during stay. It was the most wonderful vacation home stay experience for us to say the least. We highly recommend Eddie and his accomodation. Top rated!!! |

We were more than pleased with out August 2008 stay in Irvine condo. Everything was available for us and my family enjoyed the peaceful but exciting environment. Our stay was warm and comfortable with no over populated pool or amendenities. Thanks again, Eddie.

A friend and I and our 3 girls have stayed at this condo unit twice. We were so impressed with it, we decided to stay a second time, even though our destination was a little further.
We so enjoyed the clean beautiful decor. The kitchen with the granite countertops was wonderful. Complete with a Brita filter pitcher, no need for water bottles. Complete privacy with the 2 bedrooms, and the guest bathroom is expecially large. My daughter expecially liked the loft with the blowup mattress and the memory foam pad. I am looking forward to another stay here.
The only criticism I would have is that there is no TV in the master bedroom. Our girls liked going to sleep early, and don't like the noise of a TV. Especially in the loft, the TV was too loud. The 2nd stay we brought a laptop and watched movies on it. |

We had a week in the apartment during July 2008, and it is the best one I have stayed in last five years comparing several 5 star hotels and temp houses.
I strongly recommand this apartment if you are looking for a home away from away. All you need is a suitcase with holiday mood, and enjoy your stay here. |

We stayed at this 2-bed room condo for our 4-day vacation at LA and we were quite delighted at the convenience of the location and comfort this rental place offered to us. Our two kids had a blast at the swimming pool, spa and the gym among other amenities this property has to offer.
I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Disney and other attractions in Orange County. Downtown LA and other entertainment attractions are about 50 miles away.

| The place was clean as a whistle and convenient to get onto the freeway. It was definitely a home away from home. My son enjoyed the balcony and the views to the street. Last, but not the lease - Eddie and Rose were extremely helpful in making sure our stay was comfortable. I will rate the experience highly and will consider it next time around too…. |
