| My family stayed here Dec. 26 through the Dec. 31 of 2007. We were the first to stay in the Pemberley Home and had a wonderful experience. The home was great but most of all, Walt (Owner) was extremely accomodating. Thank you VERY much. I would recommend this house to anyone. |

| We had a great vacation in the summer at Pemberley. The master suite is like a tree house with aspens surrounding it, supplemented with nice views of mountains through the trees. The house is nicely furnished and equipped with great lighting for all kinds of activities. A new hot tub is also a pleasure and big! Our family found the separate dining, living and family room areas to be spacious and comfortable with two nice fireplaces and comfortable furniture. We'll happily return for another trip. Highly recommended. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pemberly. The house was beautiful and the location was so convenient. Skiing in to Breckenridge was so easy and we even found the trail to ski out and back to the Pemberly.

| This a great house in a great location with terrific amenities. The house is clean newly renovated and in good condition. The area is beautiful. This is a great house for families with kids. They have sleds and a nice hot tub. The owners are very good to deal with. We will be repeat renters. This is a 10 out of 10 house. |
