| This is a very nicely decorated condo unit in a quiet little gated community. The beach is in walking distance at the neighboring hotel or a short drive to the beach club. This is a great loacation for guaranteed sunshine. We had a nice stay in this condo. |

| We stayed in the Sea Turle Villa for 2 wonderful weeks in July. We couldn't have asked for more in this unit. It made my husband a believer in renting a condo over a hotel room. The amenities and the decor were better than the pictures show. We particularly loved having a grill on our on lanai. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is great for snorkeling. I love the fact that they have cabanas now.I've been to the Mauna Lani resort several times, but this villa is the best. I also love the proximity to the grocery store. I plan to come back. |

| We had a wonderful family vacation at the Sea Turtle Villa. The condo was beautifully appointed and well stocked with everything we needed. Close to local beaches, we were able to venture out for day trips. We also enjoyed the facilities at the Mauna Lani resort next door as well as the convenient food market and shopping area. We will definately stay here again. Thank you for your kind hospitality! |

| Four of us (2 adults and 2 kids, 9 and 5 years old) had a fantastic vacation staying at the Sea Turtle Villa in January of 2009. This condo is simply perfect. It is located in a very quiet section of the Fairways, and the pool is just several steps away. The pool is probably the best on the resort, it is large enough for lap swimming. The private beach club is excellent for swimming with the kids, and for snorkeling, and it is also very close (3-4 min of driving). We were very impressed with the condo and with how well it was stocked with everything we needed - all the beach stuff, including boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, etc; great modern kitchen that has everything, flat screen TVs with a great collection of DVDs, board games for kids, and FAST internet! The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, and the professional first aid kid was very helpful several times. The Mauna Lani resort offers lots of fitness classes, and I took Pilates and yoga on the beach! It was just fantastic. The grocery store and Mauna Lani shopping mall are within a short walking distance. I can continue on and on. We are very thankful to Laura for making her condo such a great place to stay and for being so thoughtful about her guests' needs. I really appreciate her patience answering all my questions, and replying to all my e-mails withing several minutes! |

MANY MANY thanks for Laura for all your help! We stayed at this GORGEOUS townhome for two weeks in October and it was the trip of a lifetime! We love staying at all the expensive hotels like Four Seasons, Fairmont, etc... but this trip- there were 4 of us -- so we booked the Sea Turtle Villa!
Words cannot describe how perfect this place is! Not only location- on the Famed Kohala Coast-- at the Mauna Lani Resort-- but the amenities of the Owner's Beach w/ full restaurant and bar-- and all the snorkling and sea turtles you can imagine!
After a full day at the beach we'd walk over to the Fairmont Orchid for sunset cocktails!
The townhome itself is just awesome! 2 levels-- so each couple had privacy-- and we LOVED the outdoor lanai and grill for dinners.. and within a 1 minute walk to the pool!
If you at all thining of staying here-- book it! Feel free to email me w/ any questions about our experience!
We've already booked for next year- and can't wait to experience the Sea Turtle Villa once more!

| Beautiful villa! The pictures on line really don't tell the whole story. The villa complex is wonderful with pool and workout facility. The private beach club area was great for snorkeling and relaxing. It was nice to be close to resorts for dining options and shopping. As runners we enjoyed the running trails within the Mauni Lani area. The villa is warm and relaxing. The extra amentities like washer/dryer and outside grill were great! We can't wait to come back! |

| Laura, Todd and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. It is so beautifully decorated, comfortable and well stocked. A most perfect, peaceful and wonderful place to relax pre and post Kona 70.3 Ironman Triathalon. We found the Fairways condo pool area nicer than the Mauna Lani hotel! As fellow Hawaii vacation rental owners, we appreciate the attention to all the details and quick response with any questions we had. We will definitely be back next year. Mahalo for everything! |

| The condo at Manuna Lani was our best vacation experience yet. The townhouse is beautiful inside and out. The resort area is stunning. The beachfront is about 1-1/2 miles long, including three separate beach areas, one of which is the beach club. I like to hike so walking to the Orchid Hotel and then following the beachfront trail to the end was enjoyable. It is the most beautiful of the beaches in my opinion. Views of Maui, the mountains, and the best snorkeling anywhere make it a place you won't want to leave. We saw breaching whales, 12 eels in the ancient fish ponds, and sea turtles. The townhouse itself is situated on the golf course which makes the patio and grilling area a quiet and lovely place to be in the evenings. The master bedroom is on the second floor with an amazing view to look out on in the morning. I am so grateful to Laura for being patient with all of my questions and showing such great hospitality. I have rented from homeowners several times now in several different states and this was by far the best experience. You always wonder, is it going to be at least as nice as the photos? The moment we walked in the door we saw that it was that and much more than we could have imagined! |

| This is like being at home-only better. We had a fabulous stay at the condo. It was in a great location-quiet and private yet not far from all the sights. This home is very comfortable and has almost everything you will need. The hosts have been very thoughtful and this makes staying here a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again! Do they rate condos like hotels? This one would surely earn the highest possible number of stars. You have thought ahead and provided all the luxury and comfort one finds in the most sumptuous world-class hotels – similar to our local Ritz-Carlton. The kitchen is well equipped to provide gourmet dining. The linens are exquisite. The whirlpool bathtub, the gorgeous pool, spa and exercise room entice one to stay in shape with a touch of class! The exercise equipment is better than that at our fitness gym at home.
The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a heavenly experience in being pampered at the beach, snorkeling, working on our tans and dining. I must mention the spectacular sunsets while dining at the Brown’s Beach House, right on the Sand at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel – a very easy walk from the condo. This location is the very best for easy access to anywhere on the Big Island or other Islands one wishes to visit. We are already planning for our next stay at the “Sea Turtle Villa”. | We had a wonderful stay and the property met all our expectations and more. It was truly a home away from home, with all the amenities that a family would like to have on vacation. The superb private beach equaled that at the Mauna Lani resort, and it was snorkeling heaven. Highly recommended! |

| I can only describe this condo as WOW!!! You can certainly tell this is a home away from home with all of the extra touches, gourmet appliances and dishes, plush towels and bedding. The decorating is top notch, very elegant but comfortable. The location of the unit in the complex is the best. We had a wonderful stay and can hardly wait to return and hope the unit is available for us when we do, thank you again Laura...it was WONDERFUL!!! |
