My family just completed our third trip to this unit. We have come to feel like it is our second home. It is cozy, clean, and just the right size for us. This condo is meticulously maintained and after 3 years, it looks new every time we arrive. The owners are very proud of their unit and spend much time making sure they give you the most for your money. I have searched countless hours for a better deal compatible with the classiness of this unit. I gave up. There isn't one.

Start my review by stating we would DEFINITELY come back and rent the Condo. Everything was as stated,very clean,well maintained, Perfect location to get to the beach, restaurants, and places of entertainment. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent. If you love the beach,walk across the street and your there. Shopping you have many places to visit, Tons of good restaurants, recommend LuLu's as one you should definetly visit.If you have Children, plenty of places for them,The track,waterville etc. End my review by stating, we plan on renting this condo next year also.

Great week at the beach

Our family really enjoyed our week at the condo. It was extremely clean and was exactly as described to us. The kitchen was stocked well with plenty of dishes, baking dishes/pans and utensils.
The owner was very nice and answered all of our questions quickly and honestly. We will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway

This cute affordable little condo was just as presented in the description. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained. Randy was easy to work with and contact was always immediate. There is easy access to the beach and easy walking distance to local restaurants and shops. Kids and adults of all ages will enjoy The Hangout located at 182 and 59 as you come into Gulf Shores (you can walk from the condo via the street or if you prefer, take the scenic route of the beach!) Very reasonable, casual dining at Sea N Suds just across the street. Great eats at a little place called Bahama Bobs, just a little west of 59 on 182, which also has beach side dinning (this requires the car). And you can top off your night with ice cream at Bruster’s, just a short walk down from the condo, the same side of the street. The next visit back to Gulf Shore’s will include contacting Randy for another stay. .

Perfect Place to Stay

My family and I stayed in this condo during our spring break and it could not have been better. The location of the condo is perfect for the cost consciuos traveler. You are across the street from the beach with a very nice view of the waves but you don't have to pay the premium beach prices. The condo is very well kept and clean and the owners are great to work with. Randy and Lisa provided us with all kinds of information about the Gulf Shores area and their recommendations of activites and restaurants were right on target. They even gave us tips on rainy day activities in case of bad weather. The condo had everything that we could have asked for and much more. As a family of five I was a little worried about the size of the condo but we had plenty of room and all the ammenities that we needed. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking to be close to the beach, restaurants and shopping in Gulf Shores but not willing to pay the "big prices" for a high rise beach front condo. You will not be disappointed

Golfing Getaway

The purpose for coming to Gulf Shores was to relax and to do some golfing. Other than the rain provided by mother nature on Friday, we accomplished our golfing goal. Having not been to the area before, we were looking for a place to stay near the beach that was affordable. The condo was perfect for our needs. The location is excellent as far as traveling to different cities and golf courses in the area. It is immaculately kept with well appointed decor. The customer service provided by Randy is top notch as he greatly cares about keeping the property well-maintained and providing you with information in regards to the area. We enjoyed the food at various restaurants (in particular, Lulu's) and local musicians that had been recommended to us by some friends in the area. I highly recommend staying at the condo and look forward to a return trip to Gulf

The owner's hospitality is incomparable and the condo itself is extremely comfortable, spacious and affordable! We could'nt have picked a better place in Gulf Shores to build our memories! We spent a week in mid-March at this condo. I have nothing but fantastic things to say. This was like having a home away from home. It had absolutely everything you would ever need. This condo was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It was even better than the description. The location is perfect for beach lovers and the patio door in the living room had a wonderful view of the main road in Gulf Shores. Randy and Lisa were wonderful to work with and the next time I am in Gulf Shores they will be the first to hear from me. I would absolutely recommend this condo. You will not regret staying here. Quiet location, short walking distance to delicious restaurants, beautifully decorated condo with everything you could need during your stay. I cannot say enough positive things. I am so happy I chose to stay here and it made my vacation that much better!

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores and we had a wonderful time. The accomodations where great. We were most impressed with all the small touches like a kitchen that has everything. There was tupperware, everything you needed to cook with, toaster, blender and even a cooler to take to the beach.
We loved the balcony and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The condo was decorated with an ocean theme and there was a beautiful picture of dolphins in the back bedroom that we loved.
We had a great time and we are already planning another trip back. We will be sure to stay in the same place. |

| This property - and its owners - are both just delightful. Not only did my family and I enjoy a WONDERFUL (and affordable!) stay in a clean, bright, cozy and comfortable condo just a short stroll from the beach, but I personally have had the added pleasure of getting to know the owner, Randy, who I'd never met prior to this. He and his wife are dedicated to making sure your stay is enjoyable and smooth sailing. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Randy couldn't have been more accommodating or more gracious. My only concern now is that this place will continue to become so well-liked by others I may have trouble finding an open slot for our next trip to Gulf Shores! Thanks, Randy, for a great stay!!! |

| Our time at Gulf Winds was incredible. The location and distance from the beach was perfect for the price. It felt like we were directly on the coast. The condo felt like home, having every amenity, comfort, dish, pan, spice and cleaning supply of home. We will definitely visit Gentle Winds again. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, no surprises or hidden anythings. It was great not to deal with a middle man and have the unit keys in hand upon our arrival. They answered questions and comments promptly and really want you to have a wonderful vacation while staying in their condo. Highly recommend. |

My wife and two children recently spent three days at the Gentle Winds Resort, I cant say enough, this was an excellent choice. The kitchen had everything and I mean everything you could ever need. The only thing you will need to bring with you is your food. The whole condo was awesome and very spacious. also a wonderful family atmosphere.
The beach is just a few steps away, and if you dont want to worry about doing your laundry when you get home, you can do it all there at the condo, there is a very nice laundry facility there. I would truly recommend this condo for anyone, in fact when i got back to work i told several of my co-workers and they are going to contact the Moris' one final note, all the transactions with the moris' is on time and very quick returns, in fact the same day in most cases. |

My mom, grandson, and I recently spent several nights at the Moris' condo at Gulf Shores. This is a cute, cozy place to stay, just across the street from the beach, and the price is great too!!
The kitchen is furnished with just about anything you'd possibly need. I enjoyed having some plastic plates and cups for my child, in addition to the ceramic dinnerware for Mom and I.
A nice washroom is located downstairs, and is inexpensive to use. The dryer really works great too!! You have a short walk across the street to the beach, and covered parking to keep your car cool during the hot summer days.
The new furniture (loveseat, sofa, and ottoman) are very nice and really comfy. In case of a rainy day at the beach, pop a DVD in the player (bring your own), pop up some corn (add some M & M's too!) and relax for a bit. When the sun comes out again, head back over to the beach. Take a good beach read, relax, and be thankful the Moris' have shared their wonderful condo with you at a mite of what those across the street are paying.
Enjoy! We'll be returning sometime in the future, hands down! |

From One Snowbird to Another:
Gentle Winds in Gulf Shores,Alabama is a great place to spend the winter months. We were so pleased with the location of the condo. We had a wonderful view of the ocean with white sandy beaches. What a wonderful time I had staying here!!! I took a vacation by myself for the forst time ever and this was a little Heaven on earth for me. Very easy access to the beach and to see the water! | Without a doubt this is the best place to stay in Gulf Shores! The condo is very spacious, clean and centrally located. Other family members of mine stayed in different condos in GS. After seeing Gentle Winds, they were jealous! Now they have decided to stay there on their future vacations. AND they paid substantially more than I did. The Owners..Randy and Lisa Morris were extremely helpful with all of my questions (never been to GS before this vacation). They answered all of my emails promptly and gave me a lot of useful advice about the area. They feel like family. Anyway, I didnt mean to ramble here, but I cannot say enough about this wonderful condo! If you luck out and find this in your search for a place to stay...RENT IT NOW!!!! |
