My family really enjoyed staying at this condo. The
photos don't do it justice. This is a modern, yet
homey, condo that is child friendly. My kids loved the
view of the Badger, walking to the play area, and
especially the pool and hot tub. |

| Staying at your condo was a great experience. The "loft" style made the space feel very spacious but at the same time it felt cozy. This was really appreciated due to the damp and rainy weather we experienced most of the stay. We WILL be adding this to our list of vacation rentals to revisit some time in the future. | Thank you so much for letting our group stay in your condo. We didn't get to spend that much time in it because we were in town for wedding festivities and were always on the run! However, the beds were very comfortable and for that we were very thankful! We were especially glad to rent this unit because the wedding reception was across the street at the marina. Unfortunately, we never got the chance to use the pool or hot tub. |

| This condo was GREAT. Clean, Lots of space, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, and great view of the SS badger! I slept better here than I do at home. Kids had their own space and loved the heated indoor pool down the hall. Highly recommended. |

| We truly enjoyed our week at your Harbor Terrace Condo. It was everything we expected and more! Loved waking up each morning to the SS Badger docking outside our window. The location was perfect for spending time at the beach, the marina and shopping downtown. We hope to visit again soon and will recommend your condo to all our friends and relatives. |

| What a wonderful time we had at your condo in Ludington. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, there was plenty of room for our group of six to spread out or come together to eat or play games at the dining room table. We enjoyed the patio and the view and my 4 year old grandaughter enjoyed announcing the arrival and departure of the SS BADGER. WE all really enjoyed the wonderful pool and hot tub just a few steps down the hall as we experienced some chilly weather part of the time we were there. The playground just a short block away was wonderful and we really enjoyed the beach, the restaurants and especially Ludington State Park. We had a great vacation! |

| We loved the condo and definitely look forward to returning another time. The area was beautiful, we enjoy our short day trips to the dunns in Mears, visting Pentwater and Manistee. The State Park visit was wonderful. We didn't get to take the raft up the river coming down the state park but we look forward to that next time. |

Thanks so much for letting us rent your beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable condo for Memorial weekend. We had such a great time and slept really well, spoiled by the luxiourous bedding! Such a great time, loved the use of the indoor pool while the weather outside wasn't quite warm enough for the beach!... we cannot wait to come back!

| Tim and I have been coming to Ludington for many years. This is the first time we have been within walking distance to Lattes every morning at The Bookmark. Breakfast or lunch at Chef and Cafe (Great cinnamon rolls). Jamesport Brewing for dinner. We love the Big boats. |

Chris, We really enjoyed staying in your condo with our family from Alaska. There was room for everyone to spread out or be together. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and indoor pool. The garage parking was nice, too.
Our favorite resturant is Jamesport Brewing Company. The tiramisu is a don't miss and it's only a one block walk, great if you want to enjoy some of their special beers without the worry of driving. We also enjoyed breakfast at Chef John's Bakery and Cafe.

| Our stay in the Ludington Harbor View Condo was a new, unprecedented and very spoiling experience. The place is very well situated, next to a marina with a park. It comes complete with amenities not usually found in luxury hotels, including a well equipped kitchen. It is very spacious, well illuminated, and suitable for any weather with the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us, a treat not usually available in places of this quality. This was our third summer in West Michigan, and by far the best one, thank no doubt to the condo. |

We recently spent a week at this beautiful condo and had an amazingly wonderful time. The condo is perfectly quiet and beautifully decortaed. Having 2 small children, the unit's location to the elevator and being on the same floor as the pool was perfect!!! We enjoyed watching the Badger from the nice porch, and loved being so close to the business district.
Ludington is a great destination and we love it there. We will definatley be back and will certainly stay at this condo again!

Thank you so much for the use of your condo. Your place is very spacious and beautiful!!! The odds and ends that you keep at your condo for our use was much appreciated. (Beach towels, paper towels, laundry detergent, DVD’s, books, sand toys, soap, fans, extra blankets and pillows, emergency kit with band aids and burn cream, etc.)
Our children loved the pool and hot tub. The pool was indoors but it had two “garage doors” that open to a patio with chairs.
The condo is located within walking distance to everything in town. Our favorite restaurant was Luciano’s….awesome meat ravioli!
The condo building was always locked. Entry was using a touch code. The condo itself had a separate touch code on the door which made it very convenient with children coming and going.
We had a great time in Ludington and hope to return again someday. When we do, we would love to rent your condo again!

Thank you for allowing us to use your condo for a very memorable Christmas holiday. It was large enough to accomodate 13 of us on Christmas morning (7 from another condo) for breakfast and gift opening. The four grandkids felt right at home, especialy after seeing Santa had arrived even though there was no chimney to come down (he ate the cookies and drank the milk). Everyone enjoyed the large pool and hot tub and the convenient location to downtown. We definitely will call when we have our next meeting of the clan in Ludington.

| We had a great time at the Carlson Condo in Ludington! The View of the Harbor and the Badger Ferry Boat out the window is fantastic! The beds are the most comfortable ever, and the condo is so beautiful and full of everything you would ever need. It also has a very nice pool/hot tub and is walking distance to everything in town. We really enjoyed our lunch at Chef John's Bakery and Cafe where everything is homemade (don't miss that!) and PM Steamers Restaurant on the water was excellent too. There is a great Brewery in town called Jamesport Brewing Company too. Scotty's on the outside of town was a good spot to eat too. Of course you can't beat the white sand beaches of the Ludington area! It is a great place to Vacation. |

To anyone wanting to rent a really neat condo with the most comfortable beds rent the Carlson's condo in Ludington. Also, the view of the SS Badger with the bagpipe player and the resturants within walking distant was great. For us, in our 70's, it was a nice place to go. The beautiful park near by even got me out walking. Even with the two dogs it was a easy to take them out with that elevator so close. Thanks again Chris. Kay and John |

| This condo was absolutely wonderful. It really enhanced our vacation tremendously. From the comfort and class of the decor, the fantastic little surprises that we found every time we opened a cabinet door (a fondue pot and an espresso maker, who would have thought?), the flat tv, all the games and movies for the rainy days, some of the softest, fluffiest towels ever, fantastic cookware and stocked kitchen and on and on and on. Staying here was a pleasure and Chris was a delight to work with. My family has been coming to Ludington since 1990 and this was by far our best rental experience. Thanks so much... |

Thanks for renting your fabulous condo to us for the 4th of July week. The unit was spacious, beautiful, and family friendly. The view of the harbor was wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the patio and watching the ferry (Badger) come and go. The pool and hot tub were also great on those cool days.
We really liked the location of the condo too. Everything was within walking distance: good restaurants, movie theater, House of Flavors, bakery, beach, playground, etc.
I have been coming to Ludington each summer since I was a kid, but this is the first time I have ever stayed in a condo. Now I don’t think I can over go back to a motel room.
Thanks again, and we hope to stay with you again in the future.

Thanks again for allowing us to rent your condo. It was absolutely beautiful! An awesome condo, and Hi-Def cable to boot! We had a blast, and the weather was perfect. We even got a chance to do some bodysurfing on Sable point on Monday when the wind was howling at about 30 MPH making the waves in the 3-4 foot range, ideal for body surfing on the great lakes. My kids loved the indoor pool and of course the Jacuzzi, Go-Cart racing and Put-Put, plus ice cream on the corner ”House Of Flavor” (?) or something like that. The restaurants were great, two within walking distance of the condo. The pub/restaurant just around the corner from the pool, and “PM …..” or something across the street from the harbor, just down the street from “One Ludington Place”.
Hamlin Lake was just as I remembered it as a kid. My kids loved it, and hated to come home. They now want me to buy a condo! Well we’ll see. For now, I would prefer to rent a place like yours.
All in all, a great vacation.
