| The home located in Brookland TX (Rayburn area )was very nice,nice floors and cold a/c ,kitchen and utility room,The master bedroom was very nice,the guest bath needed some attention,The house was clean and had ample room for my guest plus 2 boats and a jetski in the parking area,The back porch was good but needed new furniture,the old furniture was time to put down,The hottub was great. The back 40 as they say could have been mowed down and trees trimmed so that you could see the water,It is listed as water front in the add.All my guest said they really enjoyed the weekend that they stayed ,the house was great and comfortable. I recomend this property with a rating 8 out of 10 being good. |
