| We stayed here after visiting Punta Mita this year and fell in love with this house and the town. We have enjoyed visiting Sayulita for the past few years, a quirky fun little surfer town, and this home on the top of the Nanzal hillside is the most spectacular place we've ever had the delight of renting here. The views are beyond words, the property manager is the best, the neighborhood is safe and quiet and new and lovely. We surfed, hiked, and enjoyed the great food and feelings of Sayulita. Can't wait to return to Casa Esperanza again soon. |

I know people use the word "breathtaking" to describe beautiful views, but when we walked into this beautiful Sayulita home, it literally took our breath away. The expansive views of the ocean and town below were truly stunning.
The house is set up to provide the best views from all areas, so it has a little bit of a "treehouse" feel. There are two master bedrooms with verandas featuring the amazing views, and the living room/kitchen is treated to the same glorious sight.
The pool is clean and enjoyable, and the palapa deck would be great for enjoying the outdoors with friends and family.
The home is clean and well-equipped, but remember - it's a getaway. There is a TV available, but we didn't bother to set it up (why would we want to look at a TV when we had a view like that?). And since it's so high on a hill, you'll want to rent a Jeep or a rugged golf cart to get up and down the hill (an experience in itself!).
The town of Sayulita is charming; lots of great restaurants and shops, and it caters to the surfer or adventurer. You could just as easily take a sailing trip or spend the day hitting the waves as you could sipping a margarita and enjoying a massage.
Linda, the property manager, checked on us regularly and was there for anything we could possibly want. Very friendly and accommodating.
This place would be wonderful for a girls' getaway or yoga retreat.
We had an amazing time in the town of Sayulita, and really enjoyed staying at the gorgeous Casa Esperanza. |

| Casa Esperanza is a little piece of Heaven on earth, such a joyful house, with a nice mix of refinement and communing with Mother Nature. We stayed here after staying in Punta Mita for a week, and welcomed the change. The house is new and beautiful and the property manager is the most gracious and elegant nurturing and professional lady you will ever meet. The kids loved going surfing every day (took lessons from some pro shops on the beach) and we enjoyed the great food in restaurants in town. We also hired a private chef one night who made us a more formal elegant dinner which was delightful. The pool is a refreshing break from the sun, and we enjoyed perfect paradise weather every day. Love this place and want to go back soon. |

| Everything about this magical, beautiful place makes me want to go back again and again. The views are life-changing. The people are warm and fun. The property managers are the best in Mexico, looking after all our needs. The positive energy of this special home built into the hill above the ocean is regenerative and healing. Magical magical magical. |
