| This was the first time we rented the condo (or any condo for that matter), and were so happy with our decision. It's very nice, spacious and comfortable. We are planning on renting again next year and would recommend it to our friends. |

We really enjoyed this unit. The large enclosed courtyard and jacuzzi gave us the privacy we like.
Very nicely decorated and cozy inside.
Great location and we will return!!!

I have stayed here several times and i will continue to stay here. The home is very spacious and I love the decor.
The private side yard with the jacuzzi and bbq are an added bonus. I look forward to my next stay. |

| This place is the perfect desert enclave; surrounded by quiet, scenic, Monterey Country Club yet just minutes from local shopping and dining. The outdoor patio and spa could keep you there all weekend just enjoying the sun and weather in private. The community pool directly across the street is never crowded and the golf course is beautiful. |

| Our family had a wonderful stay at the condo over the Thanksgiving holiday 2007. The condo was great, big enough to allow 8 of us to fit comfortably for a few days. The community was beautiful....and we took advantage of the pool right next door! I would highly recommend staying here, and would not hesitate to book it again should we schedule another visit to Palm Desert! |

| We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent this property again. Having the large private side yard with the BBQ and your own spa was awesome! Very nice decor and super comfy beds. Can't wait till next year |
