| This was our first year at Beachinit and our second year to use one of Rick and Debbie's Easy Street Vacation Rental homes. We LOVED it! I honestly believe we will always stick with Easy Street Rentals but plan to try a different house each time. This house was great. Very nice, quiet neighborhood. The kids (5 yr & 3 yr old girls) were crazy about the pool and golf cart. Despite being there the rainiest 10 days in Destin in years, we still managed to make it to the beach and swim in the heated pool twice a day. Lots of games and movies to entertain, also. Buster (our 4 legged family member) loved it also. Great family and pet friendly home. I personally don't mind the cleaning and rules. That's what makes/keeps Easy Street homes so nice. The Grandparents came for a few days, also. They wanted closer to the beach but they are in their 70's and we were pretty selfish with the golfcart. :) We will be back!! | We enjoyed our vacation in Destin. The weather was perfect, the beach was great, loved renting the bikes to ride. My husband and son probably enjoyed it more than I. I felt I was still at home in a lot of ways (cooking, cleaning, taking out trash, etc). If we were to come again, the guys can stay there but I'm staying at the Residence Inn where I don't have to cook and clean. They even offer a full buffet breakfast. And I can swim in a pool without having to clean it first. You do have nice homes though.For a large family reunion, it may be ok but for my vacation, I don't want to wash, cook, clean, etc. |

| My Family enjoyed our stay at Beachinit. We had a great time at the pool and also cooking in the great kitchen area. The house was close to everything shopping and also restaurants. House was very clean. Appreciated the Beach towels that you provided. We also enjoyed the golf cart it was really nice letting the wind run through your hair at night time. We are looking forward to returning next year on vacation. Thanks, The Wilson Family |

We really enjoyed our stay at Beachinit! This was our first time to stay in a house while vacationing in Destin and we couldn't have chosen a better home. The house was clean and came equiped with everything we could have possibly needed. After a long day at the beach, it was nice to hang out in the backyard swimming in the private pool while grilling burger on the grill. The golf cart also came in very handy since parking was limited at the beach. It was also great being able to bring our dog on vacation with us. Thanks for everything...we look forward to using the house again in the future!

| First time to Destin and Loved, Loved, Loved it. The house, pool, golf cart, ocean, and location was perfect!! Very close to outlet mall and Destin Commons Mall(very important to me probably not to the rest of my family). The plan is to return later this year and next year to Beachinit. Why change something that's all positive! Thank You for having a beautiful place to make wonderful memories for our family! |

| Outstanding rental home! Perfect location and additions. We stayed for 6 nights during Spring break. The pool and the golf cart were the highlights for both the parents & the kids. When the temps dropped, we laid low behind the fence & enjoyed the solar pool. For dinner, we simply rode the gof cart to a nearby restaurant. Everyday, we walked in the AM and again in the PM....the housing area between old and new Hwy 98 is well suited for walking wuith your pet. Loved the fenced yard...perfect for our Lab. Great neighbors...many of whom are permanent residents. We will be back! And we will recommend the Easy Street Rentals to all who are looking for the same in Destin. Thanks for everything. |

We have stayed at Beachinit for two years in a row. It is, by far, one of the best experiences we have had when it comes to beach rentals. The house is very nice and comfortable and makes you feel like you have picked up your own house and moved it to the beach (and added a pool for those who don't already have one :)) We plan on returning to Beachinit in the future and guarantee that if you visit any of the Easy Street Rentals just once, you will want to do the same.

What a great time we had except the one day of rain which Rick could do nothing about. The shopping area was a great place to spend the day - good food and plenty of bargains. We took this vacation with my daughter & family. It was so pleasant to have room to move (3 kids) and space to relax in. The pool was wonderful it was so nice to just jump in and swim. The golf cart was a big hit we used it constantly to go to the beach or take a little special time with just one child. The kids absolutely loved it. We are ready to return later this fall with my son & his family. We can't wait. Thanks Debbie & Rick for providing us with such a nice place to vacation.

We wanted to let you know what great time we had at Beachinit. It was everything you promised and more. We have always stayed at a condo, but this time we needed a pet friendly rental. In my search for one, thankfully I came upon Easy Street.We loved the very private pool,the beautiful furnishings,fully equipped kitchen and the best of all the golf cart,which you encouraged us to use.We will recommend Easy Street to all, especially after meeting you. | I also spent many days looking for the perfect place for us to go on our 20th Anniversary. I kept coming back to this property. They had several homes that I liked and this one was available. We are foster parents and didn’t have a lot of funds. Staying in a house is better than a Condo any day and the price was comparable. We are in our late 30's and like to be able to see and do things. We found ourselves sleeping and relaxing the first half of the week we felt so at home. We came to Destin because this is were we honeymooned 20 years ago and thought it would be fun to come back. This house was what we really needed. We loved the privacy and the golf cart. We didn't get to take advantages of all the amenities but everything was great. We loved being able to bring our little guy, anytime you can take your pet with you makes your vacation better. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. |

| Beachinit was one of the best family vacations we have taken! The house had all the amenities promised and more. Everything was ideal, the furnishings, pool, golf cart, neighborhood and proximity to the beach, shopping and dining. Rick made us feel so welcome when meeting us upon arrival. I have referred my friends/relatives and will definitely stay on Easy Street our next trip to Destin! |

Stop looking and start booking it! We go to Destin yearly and I will never stay anywhere else from now on. This property and all of the Easy Street Rentals are the best Destin has to offer! Immaculate, updated, beautifully appointed pet friendly places are impossible to find....until now! The pool is amazing! The kitchen has everything that you would have in your own kitchen at home! The bedrooms are roomy and pretty. The house is on a quiet street so its great for kids or pets. The community pool is right across the street (your pool is better!)
Seriously, I wasted a day looking at different properties and kept going back to Easy Street Rentals. From now on, it's one of Rick and Debbie's properties.....or I am just staying home! |

Beachinit was absolutely an answer to our vacation prayers! We are so use to staying in "cramped condos" every year that this was such a joy! The house is so much nicer than the pictures show. We were pleasantly surprised. We also have a extremely handicapped daughter in a wheelchair, and just getting her to the pool or beach has been a chore on our vacations. This house was perfect because it was easy access inside and out, and she and I could relax at our own private pool while the rest of the family took the golf cart to the beach. We also got to take her joy riding which she loved in the cart and to the beach in it as well.
The house did indeed have everything you could possibly ask for,even games and CD's, tvs in all rooms with CD players, a portable sound system which we took out to the pool, and the list goes on and on.
I am a pet lover, but I left him at home. You would never know anyone ever had a pet in this house. I am a clean freak! This time I didn't have to get my can of Lysol out and go behind the cleaners. It was immaculate.
If you have a family, or not, and want a relaxing stress-free vacation, this house is for you. The pool is heated, every item you could possibly ask for is already available, and Rick is there if you need him, and not if you don't. In short, it is a perfect place to stay. We will be back next year!

I WILL NEVER STAY IN A CONDO AGAIN!! We had the most amazing experience staying at "Beachinit". Who would have thought a rental property would have so many personal touches to make a stay so enjoyable? The house is absolutely amazing and stocked with anything you could possible imagine needing. We had a blender for daiquiris (poolside, of course!), ironing board and iron, even an egg slicer for our egg salad sandwiches! There was not ONE thing we reached for that was not there! That is way more than I can say for the swanky condo we normally stay in. The house is so clean; my mom actually asked me if I was sure we could have pets!
The pool is gorgeous and private and the owner was even kind enough to include rafts, floaties, etc. to enjoy.
One of our favorite experiences was the GOLF CART!!!! We had so much fun exploring the area, going to the beach, visiting the different shops and restaurants, even getting hot dogs and ice cream!
I can not say enough about our amazing experience, if you are thinking about visiting BEACHINIT, don't think, just BOOK IT! You will have the most amazing time of your life. If you have pets or don’t, this place is amazingly spotless.
Mr. Rick Scali is awesome and it was a treat just visiting with him. We look forward to coming back!
