| Firstly, you couldn't deal with a more caring and responsive owner than Barb. Her timely and caring response to all our questions and concerns added a great deal to our vacation experience. The property, although part of a HUGE resort complex, is unique in that the surrounding vegetation actually creates a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The condo has everything that a short vacation could require, and everything WORKS! The location is absolutely ideal, with all the attractions of Lahaina within a short walking distance, and all of West Maui within a short drive. If you're planning to indulge in a luau, you might consider the Feast at Lele, located behind the 505 Shopping center. Although the toll seems a bit pricey ($110 per person), the small premium over some of the other luaus make it well worth while. Limited to 150 people per session, it is by far the classiest of all the local luaus. You are pampered with private tables and service, with a 12-course feast and an interesting entertainment program over a 3 hour period, with everything included in the price except server gratuities. Drinks,alcholic and non-alchoholic, are included as well. You can book it thru the Concierge Desk by the Big Pool. All told, a great vacation and great accomodations. THANKS, BARB! |

My Family spent the first week of May in this Lahaina Condo. Barb was excellent to deal with from beginning to end. Even when we had a problem with the stove she responded very quickly, and to our satisfaction. Barb advised us to get a book called Maui Revealed and it was very good. Even if you have been to the Island before, get this book, especially if your going to do any touring at all!
The condo was great, well furnished (3 tv's for sports), two great showers, comfortable beds and a washer and dryer that worked really well. Make sure to bring a couple of extra beach towels tho. The complex is outstanding with two great pools and nice hot tub for the evenings, and an exceptional pool house. There are also two nice big gas BBQ's at the smaller pool. Both pools are very close to the condo. The location is perfect, just a couple of blocks from Front street and the beach, which by the way is bigger and better than I expected. I recommend this condo to everyone and my family will be back soon. We all loved it. Thanks Barb!!!! |

Just returned home from this vacation paradise......had a fabulous time! We were currently in Lahaina, Maui for our brothers wedding and what a perfect spot, we really enjoyed all the surrounds of Lahaina, and being able to just stroll down to Front Street from this condo couldn't have been better. We ended up renting a total of 4 suites from the Aina Nalu and the pool-pavilion location was perfect for our family functions, and one of the nicest spots I have ever been. The condo itself was very clean, had everything we needed, very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms!!!!!Heaven! One of the best features of this condo was the ground location and the convenience of having 2 doors (front and back) with kids and all our beach gear, this made our daily adventures very easy.
Very enjoyable place to stay, loved everything about it. |

| I agree with ALL the other comments previously written and would like to add that Barb graciously helped us out of a bind when a VRBO listing suddenly became unavailable that we already had a deposit on with only 2 left before our vacation. Thanks Barb, you were great. This was our 3rd time to stay at Aina Nalu but our first time renting from Barb. We're using her unit from now on! |

Comments: Dear Barbara, thank you for providing your appartment. We loved to stay there. Everything was just perfect. Pool and Jakuzi were our first aim every morning. After that we made trips or just stayed in Lahaina, which is a beautiful small city. We recommend the sailing boat trip for the whale watching. Our fmaily really needed a break from work and what we found was worth to come all the way from Tokyo!

We felt very much at home the pool was very beautiful as was all the grounds.I am very glad we chose your codo with the air condition units in each room. we were glad to be so comfortable.Hawaii is a beautiful place but more humid than we are used to so we were very greatful for the ac. thank you we enjoyed our stay and are all saving our pennies for another trip out thee above all the best vacation we have all had .. thank you Cyndi Deltor |

This condominium is in an excellent location!!! It is only a couple of blocks to the heart of Lahina. The condo complex is very well maintained, the grounds are nicely manicured and there are two very nice swimming pools within steps of your front door. The pools had high-quality lawn chairs, free coffee, free ice and they are very clean and set in a beautiful setting.
We have stayed at many high-end resorts and we were very pleased with the condo itself, as well as the grounds.
Also, it was a pleasure to work with the owner of this unit. She was very responsive and followed-through promptly on everything she said she would do.

| Wonderful unit in a great complex. Each bedroom has its own spacious bath! It's clean and stocked with everything you need. Complex has 2 pools, we only used the rectangular one. Warm pleasant water with great cabana seating. You can walk anywhere in Lahaina from this condo. Hope to stay there again! |

Aina Nalu was the perfect choice for our family of four. We stayed at this unit for an entire month in July 2008, and felt perfectly comfortable in this time. The unit is well appointed with the basics for cooking cleaning and even some toys for the kids. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, nightlife are all within easy walking distance. Despite what we were told parking was never an issue in the entire month we were there. There is plenty of sports activity right in Lahaina; the surfing is good, the snorkeling is great, and Green sea turtles even laid eggs on the beach while we were there! Another important point to remember is that while the trade winds can often be pretty severe on parts of Maui, it was almost always calm in Lahaina. If you are staying in Lahaina Town, Aina Nalu is the only place to be.
Furthermore, Maui is such an enchanting island and our stay at Aina Nalu was so rewarding, that we sincerely toyed with the idea of giving up life on the mainland for good.
Sound far fetched? I met several people who had done just that. |

| Wow! What a find! This complex is gorgeous. Every room in the unit is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the showers are supreme. Loved being able to walk down to the harbor every evening to watch the sunset, chose from a large selection of restaurants plus shopping and sites. We intend to be repeat guests. |

| We recently returned from an extended Christmas-New Year vacation in Maui. What a wonderful Holiday! The condo Unit was spacious, modern, clean and very homelike. It exceeded our expectations! The additional new pool, recreation building, hot tub and shaded huts around the pool have created an ideal vacation facility for seniors as well as families. Our son and his wife rented a nearby private Unit and were equally happy with their accommodation. The Aina Nalu Resort location in the City of Lahaina is idealy situated for convenient short drive to other areas, for walking to the main shopping and eating establishments, beaches and the ocean dock where numerous water related activities originate. The owner of Unit C-102 went out of her way to make our stay a memorable one. |

Our stay was excellent! The condo was immaculate and comfortable and the grounds were pristine. Being within walking distance to everything in Lahaina was nice and convenient. We had a very unfortunate experience down by Makena, Black Sand Beach. The car was broken into and our valuables stolen. The staff at aina nalu were very understanding and issued us new keycards for the condo. Future travelers just need to be aware not to leave anything of value in the car if possible. In any case, we won't let that experience stop us from recommending your place or better yet, staying with you again.

| This is a fabulous place to stay. We rented both units from the Welch's and were pleased with the communication from the first phone call. The condo is situated so close to everything, it made it great for our family with two small children. The condo was awesome, loved the decor and privacy it offered--the corner unit lended to a very convenient trip to and from the car. AIna Nalu is beautifully maintained with wonderful pool areas and everyone is so pleasant. You will be glad you chose this place, as we cannot wait to return! |
