Very nice and clean unit with a great view of the area. It is only a short walk across the road to the beach.

This is a beautiful property; very spacious and a great location. The pool is huge and never crowded. Beach is right across the street. In back of the condo is a quiet little sandy beach on the Sound perfect for watching beautiful sunsets. The view of the Gulf is spectacular from this unit on the 9th floor. I didn't even mind cooking in the kitchen with a view like that! Very, very clean.
