Just spent a week in Cabo at this La Jolla condo and
had a fantastic time. Everything was ready for us
upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and helpful
and the owner, Briant, was very accessible and
helpful with all questions and requests. The town
of Cabo is under construction and a bit of a mess
currently, but San Jose was beautiful and Todos
Santos was also a great day trip. Mexico needs
tourists. Felt very safe and welcome Even the local
surfers at Zippers were very nice this trip. No
problems. Love Mexico. Great condo rental. |

We have just returned from a great trip staying in a
wonderful location right on the beach. We liked the
proximity to San Jose and the beach. As advertised
their were restaurants within walking distance as
well as the ocean sound all night long!! Briant
provided a lot of info and was available any time. It
was our first time renting this way and I was
nervous, all for not as everything worked out very
well!! |

| WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!!! We had such a great time in Cabo at this condo. It was well kept, had everything under the sun in terms of basic necessities, and the ocean view was incredible. I would trust Briant in every way as the price was right, all things delivered as promised, and overall great service. He spent several phone calls with me to answer my questions and was a pleasure to rent from... thanks to Dana too. Cabo Rocks. |

| BEST VACATION EVER! The condo is even nicer than described. The terrace overlooks beach, sand and a gorgeous pool. We even saw a whale jumping up from the sea in the distance! The crashing of the surf, the relative privacy, easy access to hotel zone and both "Cabos" -- it's a paradise come true. Proprietor Briant is friendly, communicative, honest -- a true delight to deal with. Look no further. This is the place! |

| my husband, son, and i spent 5 nites at the condo in mid february. it is in a great location on a great beach and close to everything. can't beat the beachfront location and briant knows so much about the area and is very helpful in answering questions. we would definately return! |

| We stayed at La Jolla in early March 2009 - it was wonderful! The location was great since we didn't want the hecticness of Cabos San Lucas. Our son, who is in his 20's joined us at the 2 bedroom condo for a week of relaxtion. Briant took the time to give him recommendations around San Jose del Cabo. The personal touch was greatly appreciated! We didn't even have to pay for a whale watching tour because we could see them right on our own beach. If you want a relaxing and beautiful spot that is close to some great restaurants - this is it! |

| We stayed for a week in late February 09 and it was fantastic! We brought my three children and met the kids grandparents there - there was room and fun for all. Briant recommended some great spots to see and my Dad and I had a good time playing golf. The kids had fun with the beach and pool too. The people both at La Jolla and around the Los Cabos area were very friendly. We would recommend La Jolla to pretty much anyone and if I can get the time from a busy work schedule we will go again. Thanks Briant :) |

| My family and I had a wonderful time staying in this condo. We were there for three weeks in February, checking out San Jose del Cabo for the first time. We found San Jose to be a charming, entertaining, and manageable town. It's full of interesting art galleries and some excellent restaurants--formal and casual. The condo itself was great: bright, clean, right on the beach. Full of amenities and part of a safe and calm complex. Briant was a superlative landlord, recommending various beaches and restaurants and helping us with any questions we had. Overall a terrific setup. |

| We had a fabulous time here.. This is all about the location... right on the beach front. You literally fall to sleep hearing the waves. It is a great walk to downtown San Jose Del Cabo, which is a quaint town with a good array of great restaurants - We loved Tropicana for the food and the awesome live Cuban Spanish Band that played on Friday and Saturday nights. |

| I went down to San Jose Del Cabo with a couple friends for a week long vacation. The condo was perfect ( whew!- because I was responsible for booking accommodation for my group)! Briant was a great person to rent from...he was extemely helpful and gave us lots of ideas where to go, eat, etc. ( too much to even fit into one trip). It is always a little unnerving to visit a place you've never been to, and a lot rides on finding the right acoommodation. The condo is right on the beach so I would wake up to the sound of waves crashing, roll out of bed, prepare a quick breakfast in the kitchen, then head out the front door with beach towel in hand :) The condo is in a quiet and laid-back complex. There are a couple pools ( one right out the front step). I rented a car for the trip, which was a great idea (although beware of added insurance costs when you reserve your car- an extra $22 per day- mandatory). It is a short drive into town from the condo. While the kitchen was big enough to prepare meals, we ended up eating out at the local taquerias for most of our dinners. We spent most nights in the condo, drinking pacificos, and having some nice quiet hang-out time. While I would have had a great time just haning around the condo, we also had some great days spent fishing, shopping in the arts district, and taking an afternoon trip to Todos Santos. One day I even had a massage in my room ( ask Briant for the massage reference- she is fantastic!) Overall, it was a great vacation! I would absolutely recommend the condo to anyone ( families, small groups, singles, couples). Briant is a honest trust-worthy person to rent from, and very fair about rates, security deposit, etc. |

This condo is great!! Two friends and I stayed in the condo for 6 nights in September on a "guys' surf trip." From the second-floor balcony, we could check out Zippers, La Rocha, and the two breaks in front of the Cabo Surf Hotel. Zippers was a short 150 meter walk down the beach and the other spots a short 5 minute drive (or 15-20 minute walk). This place is IDEAL for surfers.
For non-surfers, the condo is right on the beach where the wave action is more manageable so swimming is no problem. The pool is a few steps away as well.
The condo itself is comfortable, clean, and relatively spacious. The air-conditioning is powerful, but we found that often times we didn't even need to use it-- that the breezes and lack of direct south-facing exposure kept the condo very comfortable in the afternoon and evening.
I found the condo owner, Briant, responsive, friendly, and totally above-board.
I would absolutely stay there again.

| We had a wonderful time in San Jose del Cabo made even better by getting to stay in this condo. The view is incredible, the location is perfect and the property is spotlessly clean. The condo has two full bedrooms with separate baths, a full kitchen, dining room, living room and amazing veranda that offers the most amazing view of the Sea of Cortez. It was a perfect set up for us and the other couple that vacationed with us. Having never rented a condo sight unseen before we were hesitant wondering what it would be like. But upon arrival, the condo was better than the description and we were more than satisified. We will definitely try to rent this condo again. Thank you! |

Our group of two couples stayed at La Jolla during
the second week of April. We found the view
breathtaking....the beach, the pools. We found
ourselves spending most of the time we were in the
condo on the veranda. The kitchen was well used
as we ate dinner in, lunch out. The second floor
condo was roomy with TVs and a great sound
system. The overhead fans kept us cool, even
though the temperature was never over 85
degrees.
The location was a few minutes from San Jose del
Cabo, and a half hour from Cabo San Lucas.
We found plenty do...fishing, shopping, dining,
snorkeling, and relaxing in the warm pool in the
evening. A relaxing vacation was had by all! |

| Wonderful condo on the beach where you can essentially be alone if you so choose. Bring your binoculars to watch the whales,dolphins,and bat rays frolicking out of the water. The whales were 100 yards offshore on our last day. The pools are great and the other guests friendly. We will stay there again. |

We stayed here the weeks from January 24th to
February 7th 2008 and we loved it. It was much
better than we were expecting so it was a pleasant
surprise. Keep in mind the pool shown in the
picture with the swim up bar is not part of the
package as it is the resort next door and it's not
easy to access as the gate connecting the
properties is always locked. To be honest the
condo's pool is much better and heated as someone
else already commented on, plus it's out of the
wind and you don't get timeshare vultures
bothering you all day. We preferred San Jose over
Cabo so this was an incredible place to stay for the
price divided between two couples which the condo
is very set up for. Each bedroom has own bathroom
however if there are more people staying with you
they would have to come into your bedroom to use
bathroom which could be a bit annoying. The free
vonage phone was amazing! The view amazing, the
people amazing, everything about it is great and I
would return. Thanks for everything Briant! |

| Great place!!! We were alone on our honeymoon, but the place is large enough for two couples. Heated pool is 20 steps away, beach is 30. Great location - grocery store and town are very close by. The TV with satellite, the phone with free calls to the U.S. and the stereo are bonuses. I hope to go back!! |

| Condo was awesome and Briant's cool to work with. You can check the break at Zippers from the balcony. Only hitch was the cleaning company charged us an extra US$20 and neither we nor Briant was sure why. |

| This condo is perfect. Right on the sand in Cabo. The views and ocean breezes cant be beat.Having the internet and Vonage phone is a HUGE convenience. It is centrally located to everything.It makes me feel like I am home. I plan on staying here again, hopefully soon! |

The free international phone is a MAJOR plus. My kids and I surf, we can check out the waves from the balcony to see if we want to go out....you can't beat that! |
