Thanks, Barry & Bonnie, for a great home away from home for our California vacation. This was our first vacation with our 9 month son, and having a house made the vacation sooo much better than a hotel room. We really appreciate your help in accommodating him with the pack-n-play and the high chair. The location of the house (being towards the north side of the city) was perfect for getting to all the wineries, but close enough that it wasn't a hassle to get to the plaza.
Your binder of dining and winery recommendations was extremely helpful.
We had a wonderful time in Wine Country and want to thank you again for allowing us to share your beautiful house while we were there. |

Having lived in Sonoma for many years, we were

| The house is beautiful and the backyard is better than imagined - no photos can do it justice! Every detail has been considered in this lovely home and we enjoyed everything. Location is just a 5 minute drive from the plaza. We look forward to coming back! |

Barry and Bonnie's house was a fantastic place to stay while we explored the Napa/Sonoma area. The house was beautifully put together and had everything we needed. And even though the houses are close together, we never heard a thing from the neighbors.
I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recomend it to any of my friends. |

| What a fine base of operations for visiting the wine country. The fully equipped kitchen and the barbecue grill were greatly appreciated and well used. The garden was a true delight. We ate many meals out there at the end of busy touring days. The home is close to everything you would want to see. The homeowner's recommendations of recommendations and wineries to visit were excellent. I heartily recommend this home to all. |

| What a wonderful experience. The home was well appointed, with all the comforts of home. The pictures on the site do not do this property justice. The welcome bottle of wine was a nice touch and the backyard was a perfect respite. Day trips to all the hotspots were a breeze. They have taken great care of the home and it makes for a perfect vacation. Just an FYI for those planning on heading to the wineries, make sure there is a designated driver as the highways are loaded with highway patrol waiting to pick up the over indulgent drivers. Thanks to the Walners for making our trip so memorable. We will definetly be back! |

As a young family with two very young daughters, your lovely cottage was the perfect place to enjoy our week-long vacation in Sonoma. All the amenities were lovely and complete, from the wine to the cookbooks. The garden was not only beautiful and fun for the girls, but super secure for my toddlers to run around in safely. Thanks for the porta-crib and thanks for offering up your gorgeous home in the middle of such a peaceful and lovely neighborhood.

It was in the perfect location, the kitchen was perfect, the backyard was unbelievably beautiful and relaxing, and we really appreciated the recommendations you made for your favorite winery’s (they were the best – we also went to Napa and they weren’t quite as nice there for the most part). Also, thanks for the bottle of wine.
I have to tell you we also loved the little Mexican restaurant right down the street from your home – we went there several times after discovering it.
I’m sure you’ll be hearing from us again in the future about renting your home again!

Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful home for my stay up in Sonoma last week. Immediately when I walked through the door I knew my experience was going to be one of warm and welcome. I had every intention of just relaxing and unplugging from everyday life and I easily traversed to a sense of ease by being in your beautifully decorated house.
The added bonus of course was being able to go to the Mission Sonoma Spa and Inn as a day guest to enjoy the healing properties of thermal waters and then slip back into the comforts of your home in the wine country. Your place exudes beauty and elegance, how generous you are for sharing it with others.

Your keys were waiting us and we all enjoyed your "welcome" to your beautiful house. Spotlessly appointed with every culinary and relaxing need met. I especially enjoyed the many artistic touches everywhere and the view of the nicely designed backyard to make it complete.
Your many sources of wine country guidance (not to mention your welcoming bottle of same) made a very appropriate introduction to our three day wedding celebration of my son and his fiancee at the Mission. Most convenient for such a busy and happy time!

| We were fortunate to stay at Barry & Bonny's vacation bungalow in Sonoma, while traveling with our good friends and returning to celebrate my high school reunion. It is a perfect place to stay for 2 couples traveling together with two comparable rooms both with queen beds. This made it really easy to split the price and make everyone feel at ease. The immaculate backyard and great gathering kitchen really makes the place a complete wine country getaway. After growing up in Sonoma and returning as an adult, this experience really brought back the warm memories of the country air and atmosphere. This house is located right in the heart of all that wine country has to offer. Finally an affordable place to stay, great for residents of wine country, their friends and family, as well as perfect for vacationers from around the world. |

| This is the way to stay in Sonoma! The house was so clean, recently remodeled and decorated with nice furnishings. The owners were so gracious in responding to our questions prior to arrival and called to check in and make sure we had everything we needed once there. The information they had waiting for us at the house had everything we needed to know about the area and there were great vineyards within a 10-15 minute drive. This is a great way for 4 people to travel and enjoy Sonoma, pay WAY less than a small hotel room and get the comforts of a nice house. We highly recommend. |

| As fellow Bay Area residents, we were looking for a house that provided the feeling of a getaway, with the comforts of our own home. We certainly found it here, as the kitchen was lovely to cook in and the back patio and yard provided a fabulous place to linger over long breakfasts, lunches and dinners. It really was a home away from home. The neighborhood has a very local feel and as an extra bonus, one of the best taco trucks in Sonoma, Los Magos, is just a few blocks away. It's a perfect way to experience the Wine Country as a local: you can easily access the Sonoma Square,the Sonoma Mission Inn and Calistoga, etc., but escape the tourists when you want. We look forward to returning in the future! |

| We recently stayed at Barry & Bonny's house in Sonoma from Aug 8-13 (2007) and had a wonderful first trip to Wine Country. The house is the perfect place to relax after a long day of wine tasting and has all of the amenities to make you feel at home. We cooked at the house almost every night using fresh ingredients from the local Sonoma Market and truly enjoyed our dinner in the quiet, secluded backyard patio. The house was the perfect size for the two of us, but can certainly accomodate four. The location was perfect to wine taste and site see throughout the Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Staying here made our vacation perfect and the hospitality of Barry and Bonny was the extra touch that made our trip here a success. |
