WOW!!! we stayed at this house for our 18th annieversary and it will be memorable forever.
The house was exactly as described, sparkling clean and very welcoming.
Tom is a real gentleman, he prepared everything so nicely down to the last detail, even the crib for our baby was so perfectly arranged.
We can't wait to go back there again, or perhaps next time we will go to the new beach house he just built.
We would greatly recommend this house if you want to have a great time. |

| This house is spectacular! The pictures just don't do it justice. The pool and yard are exquisite. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable - you can't have a bad nights rest here. Our first girls trip was a great experience and we would highly recommend this house. Tom was very accommodating and has thought of everything. Thank you Tom for an unforgettable vacation. |

| We came from Norway with two families, eight people in all. Even before I got to ask, Tom offered to put up an extra bed. When we arrived we were speachless coming in the door. Wonderful! All of the rooms were tastfully furnished, and the area outside was well kept. Tom came to welcome us and we felt very welcome and well informed about Fort Lauderdale when Tom left us. The pool was of course very popular with the children. They could play there all day, and it was easy to keep an eye on them all the time. For the adults it was a very relaxing stay. Short way to grocery and shopping. Easy to get to the beach. The villa was situated in a quiet area, and we felt very secure. In the evening we sat outside to enjoy the beautiful lights and relaxing atmosphere. I would recommend to stay here for everybody who likes to stay in a wonderful villa with everything you need. And thank you to Tom for exellent service. He arranged a helicopter ride to us just for the service. We could go back here any day. |

| Girls trip will never be the same...we will always compare every house we go to with the 'Yellow House'. Five women together for our annual Girls Trip - and not one of us could find one thing to complain about! My word is 'Magic'. Once you step into the front door, with Tom there to greet you, you can just feel the stress of reality slip away. Us girls hardly left the house and pool...and loved every minute of it! We just got back from our annual girls trip, and just can't say enough good things about this house. The house is wonderful and Tom thought of everything. The pool area, our oasis while there, was absolutely beautiful, we hardly left the house, just stayed by the pool most of everyday.
We're certainly thinking of returning next year..it was just very relaxing. |

My husband, myself and our 2 1/2 year old just got back from Paradise Vacation Villa. We had a wonderful time. The house is BEAUTIFUL, and so comfy!! The pool, landscaping and lighting were amazing and so is Tom!! We were sad to leave and would love to return. My son still talks about going to the "yellow house" he had a ball! Thanks Tom!!!!

| We stayed at this property post cruise February 2008. We had 3 couples and there was lots of room. The pool area and backyard are awesome and very private. We didn't even rent a car while we were there just walked or took a cab. Tom is wonderful and has thought of everything. Flat screen TV's in all the bedrooms. Fabulous bedding and very tastefully decorated with lots of Tommy Bahama decor items. We really didn't want to leave and would must definitely like to back again. |

| Our family thouroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa over the New Year. The house was beautifully decorated and immaculate. The pool grounds were breathtakingly landscaped and extremely private. We highly recommend staying at this rental property. |

| My husband and I just got back from our Villa vacation. We took our 2 year old son, and the villa was perfect! I don't have enough room to write how wonderful this place was. It was drop-dead gorgeous, and we felt like rock-stars the whole time. Tom has thought of everything, and you won't want to go home! Tom is wonderful to work with and his house will live up to, and surpass, every expectation you have. We found the house to be great for traveling with a child. One other thing...traveling to FL I was a little concerned about bugs, roaches, etc. which I HATE. But I think Tom's house must be hermetically sealed, because it was so spotless and I never saw a bug in the house the entire time! I think the house was so nice, they wouldn't dare come in. :) One more thing--the back patio is so manicured, every tree, every bush, that you feel like you've been put up in the VIP suite of some fancy hotel for the week. You will be thrilled with this house! |

| Tom's house is beyond perfect! I visited in September 2007 with six co-workers. We had plenty of room and every imaginable amenity. The beds and linens are to die for. The pictures hardly do the home justice. The location was perfect for everything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend this paradise. Tom is great as well!! |
