Hi Karen & Dennis.
I wish I had some Disney Magic as to fly your house home with us to CT.!
With two children and six adults we found the house to be quite spacious, very clean and nicely furnished. The pool and hot tub were an added touch to make our stay most enjoyable.
Getting to and from the four parks were stress free with easy access from the house. We found it to be much beter than staying in the park.
Our FL. vacation is over but I'm sure the WONDERFUL memories will remain with us.
So happy our friends told us about your Beautiful Home.

| Karen, I want to thank you for all your help in making our week in Florida a wonderful experience. My Son was married on June 21,2009, with whole family present, followed by a week at Disney World. With 20 in the family, we needed two houses to sleep everyone, but your home provided enough room for all of us to get together for meals and plan our daily activities. My 4 children and their families all agreed it was the best family get together we have had. A lot of the credit goes to you for all your help in setting this up and you quick response to our questions. I would recommend your home to anyone planning a trip to Orlando needing a lot of room. |

The house itself was lovely, comfortable and well appointed. So roomy and convenient! We were 4 adults and 2 active children. We loved the house itself, the pool was divine. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We all slept very well. The decor was tasteful and we got to Disney and back in very little time with no difficulty.

| Hi Karen and Dennis-We just got home today from your wonderful home!! As I said in the note I left for you, my whole family(10 of us for the full week and 1 extra on the weekend) had a great time. We never felt crowded and we couldn't believe how easy it was to get to and from the Disney theme parks! The kids loved the pool-we spent plenty of time out there. We will definitely be in touch next time we plan a trip down south! |

| We just got back from this wonderful and beautiful home.Our stay was from 6/1/08 thru 6/6/08.The Karames ,Karen and Dennis are a truly honest and caring couple to make sure your stay in their home is exceptional.The 12 of us including grandchildren, had the most exciting and wonderful vacation .With Disney and historic OLD Town (rides for the Kids)being so close,everything was on 192 hwy.Getting around town was easy.The home has virtually anything you need, and the clubhouse has many more activities. | We have had an excellent 2 weeks in Orlando - the house was beautiful, really spacious and clean. We had 12 people in our party but we never felt that we needed more space. The rooms were very big and bright. The whole house had a very light and bright feel about it. The kids had a great time in the pool when we came back from the parks staying in there until late. The house is in a great location with Disney parks within easy reach, the other parks not being too far either. The owners responded to our emails quickly and gave us loads of information. We would love to return soon, we will definitely be recommending the house to family and friends. |

We stayed at this property over March Break 2006, and we were very happy with the accomodations. Very roomy and clean. This house is very close to the Club house for the kids and for me to check in on them. It was a breeze to whip over to Disney too, extremely close. The owners take alot of pride in this rental.

| We have never been more pleasantly suprised! All 8 adults and 6 children (including 11 month old twins) had their own space and privacy and yet we felt like a close family. The eat in kitchen was terrific with small children and the access to the private pool and hot tub was marvelous! Having the 1st floor bedroom and bath was key for us since one member of our family is unable to manuever stairs. Your home is spectacular and we have already highly recommended it to others! Hope to visit again in late 2007! Thanks again! |

| We stayed for 9 days in mid-June at the house and it was great! The 8 adults, 2 teens and 2 children in our family that stayed had the best trip. There was plenty of space for our group and the house and pool were beautiful! We went to Disney 5 of the days and it took us about 15 minutes door to door to get there. The access to route 192 and the Disney attractions was terrific. I have raved to everyone I know. Now that we have stayed at the house, I wouldn't travel to Orlando any other way! Thanks to Ms. Karames for the quick and courteous responses to all my questions and emails! I highly recommend this property! |

| What a wonderful time our family group of 12 had in your beautiful home! We couldn't have asked for anything nicer. There was plenty of room for all of us with so many extra's! The clubhouse was so nice and the kids loved the playground. We would definetly come back. We even left some pool rafts & coolers that we bought for the next guests to use. Thanks alot Karames'es. |

We had a great stay in this house. It was spacious enough for our 3 families of 6 adults + 8 kids. The kids had a great time in the pool. We went during March break. It was crowded outside, Hole Inn One was a quiet retreat from the busy parks.
We booked late but the owners had been extremely helpful.

| We just spent the week before Christmas at this lovely home. Our large extended (14 people) family fit beautifully. The rooms are much larger than they look in the pictures, and we never felt crowded. The house is very neat and well taken care of. It was a quick trip to any of the Disney parks. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. |

| Just returned from a great week with my family of 7 adults and 2 children. Layout of the house is great for privacy and space between rooms. Four bathrooms came in good use. Took advantage of club house activities, Disney parks daily. Would recommend checking the heat of the hot tub (lukewarm). Would definitely go back again!! |

This house was even nicer then the web-site showed it to be. The rooms were larger then we expected. The owners are very nice to deal with.
For the first time we didn't stay on Disney Property, there were 11 of us, 6 adults and 5 children, we wanted to all be together so we decided to try a home. It was a great experience, very close to Disney and convinent to all, stores, resterants, etc.
The pool outside the back door was a great plus, the weather was very warm for November, we had them heat the pool and the kids were swimming every day as soon as we arrived back to the house.
I would reccomend this home for any large group, it was the way to go for us! |

We just came back from this home and must vouch that it matches all claims to a tee. The home is well taken care of and clean. The use of the pool and spa is a bonus!
The location is very close to Disney, as well as amenities such as grocery stores, gas stations, full-serve and fast-food restaurants on Hwy 192.
The owners are very pleasant to deal with and I thank them again for their offer to extend our stay when our flights were cancelled. Luckily, Hurricane Frances slowed down long enough for us to leave via Tampa on our original departure date.
I'm pleased to be able to recommend this vacation home.

There were 10 adults in our party and your lovely home accommodated all of us beautifully. As Florida residents and Disney devotees, we come "up" from Fort Lauderdale several times a year to enjoy the Orlando area and have stayed in a number of area resort homes. Yours was especially spacious, clean, and welcoming. We wanted to say thank you for your attentiveness when we experienced a minor glitch in checking in. Both the Kerames's and the property management agency personnel were instantly available, gracious, and responsive - readily resolving our situation. The owners and the management agency were cooperative and quick to respond to our needs. The home itself was just wonderful! The Jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks and the kitchen had all we needed. With 10 in our group all heading in different directions, your property had it all! There was something for everyone. Some of us stayed in the home and lounged by the pool all day; enjoying the amenities at Windsor Palms such as tennis, work out rooms, and pool tables. Others enjoyed the night life, the parks, and - thankfully - the hot Jacuzzi at the end of a long day.

| There were 10 adults and 1 child in our party and this house offered everything we needed. It was definitely close to the Disney parks (like a 10 minute drive). There was also a security check at the entrance of the complex which made us feel very safe. There were plenty of towels, dishes, pots and pans for all 11 of us. The clubhouse was nice, only like 2 blocks away. The owners were so helpful and nice, always replying to my emails quickly. All in all, the house was beautiful and we'd definitely choose this house again if we were to return to Orlando. |

| Wow! This home is just excellent. Everyone "claims" to be close to Disney but this house IS! We were able to go to the parks in the morning, come back in the afternoon to swim and go right back to the Magic Kingdom at night. We loved the pool and spa at the house and we loved being SUPER close to the club house and tennis courts. The house is wonderful: large, clean and fully loaded with all that you would need. We will be returning! |

| Just returned from a perfect week in your beautiful home. The pictures and information from the internet doesn't do it justice. It was so much more relaxing and enjoyable than a hotel or condo would have ever been, & I'm certain much more reasonable too. We took our entire family (10), & had room to spare. When we wanted to spend time together we could, & still had all the privacy we wanted. We used the pool & hot tub even more than I thought we would, & not having to work around any pool hours was great. The location could not have be better & being able to work directly with the owners made it very personal. We just can't say enough good about our experience, & only hope we can visit again. |

| On our arrival, we were delighted with the huge villa. It was so spacious and ideal for our party, we had lots of friends visit us, who were staying elsewhere in Kissimmee, who all fell in love with the villa too. The location was excellent for Disney, and our favourite restaurant"The Outback". The on site facilities were great, loved the Cinema. This is a first class villa and I would definately recommend staying in this beautiful home. |

My 2003 Christmas gift to my family was 10 days in Florida. There
were 13 of us so we needed a house large enough so we would still love each other
after 10 days. This was the house! Just a beautiful home with all the room we
needed. Some went to the parks, but I found every golf course within 20 miles
and that's a lot of golf! I highly recommend the house and dealing with the
owner was an added pleasure.

The house is well designed for privacy with none of the bedrooms opening to main living areas and one of the largest houses in Windsor Palms. It is an easy drive from the airport and 5 minutes from Disney. The community pool/playground is right around the corner! There is plenty of shopping on Rt.192. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day in Disney.
If you want to stay in a beautiful gated community that is one of the closest to Disney, I would recommend this house. The owner was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. |
