| Our stay at the condo was wonderful. From the time we walked in we felt welcomed by the thoughtful extras, letting us know that our comfort and enjoyment mattered. The bed was comfy, the pool was nice, the location was great, the parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again. |

| We had a great time staying in the apartment. Very clean, good location near shopping, dining and the downtown area. The kitchen had nice dishes and amenities, it was nice to have a living room with TV etc to relax. Internet access was also a great plus. |

| Larry's condo is a wonderful place to stay for a while. It's close to a walking trail, kitchen is very well equipped and the high speed internet is great. The bed is very comfy. It's nice being on the second floor as you don't hear noises above you. Great value for the money. |

My husband and I stayed here for almost a week. The condo is nice, very clean, the kichen had everything we needed and it is conveniently located. Larry was super great to deal with. He would respond quickly to any phone calls and emails and is very pleasant!
This is sooo much than a hotel! We are staying here again next year! |

A comfortable, clean and convenient place to stay
while in Denver. We stayed for two weeks and it
truly felt like a home away from home for that time.
The kitchen is nicely appointed, and Larry had left a
bottle of wine and bouquet of flowers to welcome
us. The area is very quiet, and the proximity to
Cherry Creek is great. |

| We really enjoyed our stay, it was just like being in your own place. Larry has done an outstanding job of providing everything you could possilbe need even a bottle of wine and flowers. Will never stay in hotel again when visiting Denver. Its location is central to most of Denver and airport too. Looking forward to visiting again next year. |

| We stayed at the Cherry Creek condo during Spring break this year. It was well located, beautifully furnished, and had all the comforts of home. A nice touch was the computer with high speed internet, and all of the electronics. Everything that we needed was provided, including a nice bottle of wine, and our little dog felt at home as well. There is a doggie day care called "For the Love of Dog" located within one mile from the condo which was wonderful for our dog when we had to be away for long periods of time. I would highly recommend this condo. |

| The condo was very nice and a great alternative to a hotel. The location was convenient to downtown and key areas - the park and the walk & bike trail across the street was perfect for exercising our dogs. The bottle of wine was a welcomed surprise when we arrived at the condo. Thanks Larry for going the extra mile to make your rental so welcoming and for making our stay enjoyable! We will definitely stay with you again and refer to others. |

The condo was absolutely beautiful, and Larry was very accommodating. From the wireless internet...to allowing us to bring our treasured pet...to the very reasonable price, everything was covered. The park across the street was perfect to walk our dog and the people we encountered there, as well as the condo, were very friendly. This condo is just a short drive to such attractions as: Six Flags, the Denver Zoo, the Aquarium, downtown Denver, and Red Rocks Amphitheater near Morrison, CO. If you are looking to take a short day trip, check out Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs. It is gorgeous, and definitely worth the trip! We had a great time! I hope that you do too! |
