| We have stayed in this lovely apartment twice and have found it to be a perfect vacation rental. The apartment's decor and amenities surpass the ad's description.The location is ideal, and we especially loved having the ocean right outside our door. We will surely return again. |

Absolutely a perfect property. Wonderful hosts, ideal Maine location. From this little apartment, you have easy access to the Farnsworth Art Gallery in Rockland, sailing in Camden and hikes along the rocky cliffs of Arcadia. The apt is beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, fluffy towels, comfortable beds. There are sweets in the candy dish, shampoo in the shower and ground coffee in the cupboard - what's not to like. Duffy, the adorable Cairn Terrier in-residence, is just an added bonus!

A very nice place to stay. It's like a bed & breakfast without the breakfast. The owners, the Pelczar's, thought of our every need-even taffy in the candy dish! The apartment is nicely decorated and very comfortable.
This part of Maine is extremely beautiful with interesting places to visit, such as Camden and Bar Harbor. SO SIGN UP FOR A VISIT. |

| Great location, peaceful setting, friendly people, good restaurants, and lots to see. Excellent accomadations for two or three. Lois and Richard have provided everything needed for a relaxing stay. |

| Simply a beautiful place to stay. Perfect location, very tranquil. I would highly recommend this place for a couple or a couple with one (older) child. We loved having our morning coffee while sitting on the Adirondack chairs overlooking the bay. |

| Thanks to Richard for being such a welcoming and gracious host. We loved our stay in August and found the cottage so comfortable and cozy. The best times were the evenings spent on the lawn sipping cocktails and watching the tide come in or go out. Bliss! |

My sister and I stayed at "The Southerly" from July 16th through the 22nd. The Pelczar were wonderful hosts. They had an entire album filled with all sorts of activities and sites to see. (And we took advantage of all that we could!)
The apartment was marvelous. It was decorated nicely and actually felt like a home instead of a hotel. We were able to relax and enjoy the area of Searsport, ME.
If asked if we would stay at this location again, we would have to respond with an enthusiatic YES!
My sister and feel that we definitely lucked out with our first venture on VRBO!
