| We called the owner at the last minute to find a place to stay over Labor Day weekend. They were terrific and easy to work with! When we arrived, we found a beautifully decorated mountain home with the best equipped gourmet kitchen we've ever seen in a rental. We enjoyed a fire in the Chiminea, played many of the great games that are there for use, and we took advantage of the easily accessible hiking, trip to Leavenworth and the local area. This is a great home for a weekend away or a place to enjoy with your friends and family! If we were going to give this home a rating out of four-stars, the Mountain Comfort Retreat would rate 6-Stars! |

We arrived home last night after 9 incredible days at Mountain Comfort. Words can barely express how wonderful this "cabin" is - lots of comfortable, well maintained, nicely decorated, spotlessly cleaned, well equipped space with expansive kitchen, huge game/family room, tons of movies, full Dish reception, huge deck, wonderful hot tub, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, close in but private... we couldn't have asked for more!
Cindy was a delight to work with - so friendly but professional, with a sincere desire to make our stay wonderful. We communicated by phone and email prior to our stay and she was readily available for a question during our stay. She feels like an old friend - her movie suggestion (from her collection) - Second Hand Lions - was wonderful!

I wanted to let you know what a great time my family had at your Mountain Retreat. Everyone loved the house. My sister's and I all love to cook and had fun in your huge kitchen. The rooms are really spacious and everyone was comfortable. We felt right at home. We played all the games (Wii, air hockey, pool, puzzles) and my little girls had a good time with all the boy toys. The guys fished every morning and we boated and waterskied Lake Wenatchee. The girls went to Leavenworth for shopping and a spa. What a great time we had. Thanks for renting your beautiful mountain home. A quality rental. |

We had a delightful time at Mountain Comfort Retreat. The house was better and bigger than pictured with great decor and amenities. The kitchen was big enough for 3 chefs, and it was well stocked. We enjoyed the spacious deck with morning sun and afternoon shade... what a great place to relax!
It was a pleasure to talk to Cindy... she really wanted to make our stay comfortable and convenient. We want to return with more family members and audition on the Kareoke machine!
The house is within an easy drive of Leavenworth (for good German food) and a few minutes to Lake Wenatchee. |

| If you are looking for the perfect home away from home...look no further. We have 2 families with children that go on a ski weekend every year. This was by far the best house we have stayed in. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is located between the picturesque town of Leavenworth and the Stevens Pass Ski resort. From the moment you walk into this beautiful home you will feel comfortable. Cindy has everything you need for a great family get away. The kids loved that Cowboy room and the loft. We are looking forward to scheduling another relaxing weekend at this wonderful home. |

| My family and I stayed at this home for 3 nights in January to celebrate my birthday. It was incredible! The house is beautiful while still being comfortable and is stocked with everything you could ever need to make your stay enjoyable. There was so much for us to do there (hot tub, pool table, air hockey, big screen tv), not to mention piles of snow and plenty of places to take long walks or sled. The home itself has areas where you can gather a large group for activities, as well as areas where you can have more intimate conversations with a smaller group. There are cozy blankets to wrap up in while enjoying the fireplace and the view to the back yard. The large covered deck is perfect for entertaining (it has a seating area, small outdoor freestanding fireplace and a bbq). Cindy, one of the owners, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we could want and was absolutely wonderful to work with and so very thoughtful. We are already planning our return trip next year! |

I have been trying to find the words for 2 weeks to explain just how great this place is but am having a hard time and didn't want to wait anymore because Cindy and her husband deserve the praise.
We stayed at their "cabin" the weekend of November 30th for the Christmas Tree Lighting festival in Leavenworth. We wanted to be close in but procrastinated so had to settle for a cabin further away and let me tell you we will procrastinate again next year. Cindy was a incredible to work with and made us feel welcome ever before we arrived.
Once we did arrive it was unbelievable. We had 6 inches of snow on the ground and the cabin was just perfect for our two families. It is situated on a great lot, big enough to be away from your neighbors for privacy but close enough that you don't feel like you are out in the boonies. The cabin itself is perfectly furnished and due to Christmas, was just decorated with all of the stuff that gets our family so excited each year. It has 3 levels, with sleeping available on all levels but don't expect privacy upstairs, it is just a loft. Perfect however for a teenager if he or she has younger siblings and don't want to camp out with them on the lower level bunk room.
Outside you will find a great hot tub and the most incredible boulder you have ever seen. This isn't just a rock, it's a two story high shelter from the road. The kids loved it and we actually made it our Christmas card this year.
If you can get a chance to go to the cabin do so, you won't regret it. Just don't do it when I want to be there. :) |

| This is a beautiful cabin. I have stayed in many of the cabins when going into Leavenworth. This is the best of all of them. The price is right, the scenery is great, the distance from Leavenworth is perfect. The cabin itself has a ton of stuff to do. I will be coming back. |

| What a gorgeous well maintained property. Beautiful amenities throughout this warm, inviting home. We stayed over the Labor Day weekend and were so content we almost called in sick to stay another day. Close to any type of outdoor recreation you could want in summer or winter. We are already planning an extended weekends here for Octoberfest and the Christmas Lighting Festival. Everything you could need is here (save for your food & beverages)even if you come to just enjoy the quiet solitude of being away from it all and never open the door until it's time to leave. Good DVD selections, cozy comfortable beds and furnishing. Hurry and get here you won't want to leave. Really! |

ONE THAT I HOPE TO SHARE WITH MANY PEOPLE IN THE FUTURE.
EVERYDAY I STILL PICTURE MY 1st IMPRESSION WHEN I TURNED ONTO THE CIRCULAR DRIVEWAY; THERE ""MAMMOTH-SIZE, MASSIVE PURPORTION & ENORMOUS"" I MEAN THE BIGGEST GRANITE ROCK ONE MIGHT HAVE! THIS ROCK OFFERS RECREATION, PRIVACY AND PROMOTES THOUGHT/QUESTION AND POSSIBLY A EXPERIENCE TO ENJOY WITH FAMILY (CHILD,TEEN,ADULT INTERACTION), FRIENDS OR YOURSELF.

DOWN THE STAIRWAY THERE'S A FULL-LARGE ENOUGH BATHROOM WITH TWO VANITYS AND SEPERATED FROM ANOTHER GIRLS/BOYS...THERE 'S TWO BEDROOMS ONE QUEEN-COMPLETELY FURNISHED. ACROSS THE HALLWAY YOU'LL FIND A BUNKROOM FOR UP TO FOUR. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE A T.V. WITH HOOK-W/UPS.

MOSQUITO'S YES, TINY " " STINGING MEAN BUG WITH AN ATTITUDE.
(ROSS & CINDY) HAVE SUPPLIED THIS WAND/STICK THAT REPELS SKITTER'S & THEY WORK VERY WELL, NO PLUME OF FUMES AS THEY SMOLDER..

| We stayed the weekend in this beautiful cabin and I can't say enough about it's beauty and comfort. It was spacious enough for the kids to have their play areas while the adults could find some solice. It had all the comforts of home and then some. All of the furnishings were beautiful, from leather furniture to lodge pole beds. Your every need is taken care of by the wonderful owners. It is open and relaxing with room for all. We were close to the lakes for fishing and 10 minutes away from Leavenworth for shopping. I would highly recommend this lodging for a vacation. Comfortable, relaxing, spacious and high quality, you cannot miss with this choice. |
