| We had a marvelous time at this property over the 4th of July weekend, 2009. Can't say enough good things. It is roomy, comfortable, chic, well-maintained and quiet. Best rental we have had at LBJ on the water, without question. |

| We had such a relaxing stay. The place is just what we were looking for on our girls weekend--nicely decorated, roomy, great patio (fresh basil!), and comfortable! I would definitely stay again! Thanks Kevin! |

The condo is lovely, but the real difference here (from other rentals) is the attention to detail with things like luxurious bed linens and towels, bath products and extra toilet paper provided, and a very nicely outfitted kitchen. Really feels like you are a guest in someone's lovely home. Location is also great, and the owners are very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!
