Kiribe was a wonderful base location for us, providing ample room for 4 adults, a place to relax, and all of the little extras made it perfect for us.
Sapphire Beach has great snorkeling, we saw green turtles, spotted eagle ray, other rays, squid, barracuda, a sea star, conch, and lots of lovely fish - all from the this amazing little beach.
Dive In! at Sapphire Beach is a nice small operation for anyone interested in diving and not driving into Red Hook. Arches & Tunnels was my favorite dive location.

| My husband and I and 2 of my girlfriends stayed at the Kiribe Condo last November. We loved the condo. We found the condo to be spacious for the 4 of us. No-one got on anyone’s nerves which was really important. It was wonderful to have the 2 balcony’s. For my husband and I this was our 4th year. We love STT and wanted to bring our friends so the us girls could celebrate the exiting of our 30’s. (my poor husband). Sapphire Village is the perfect location for all there is to do in STT and the views – wow! We find that STT offers the best of all worlds. Island hopping is our favorite. BVI is beautiful. We all journeyed over to STJ for dinner one night which was just lovely. We also do a day trip by car ferry there. We ate a few nights at Duffy’s – can’t beat the prices for food. We ate dinner in a couple of nights with fresh sea food, beef and chicken from Marina Market. We found they have the freshest food in those we mentioned. The best place to get spirits is the Market in TU-TU plaza if you are brave enough to mix in with the locals. Some groceries are cheaper there as well – I don’t recommend getting meat there though stick to Marina Market for that. We did a lot of activities on this trip after all it was a celebration. One of my friends and I went and swam with the sea lions – OMG that was fun! We also parasailed – the first of all of us – it was a blast. Coki Beach has the best prices. We did the Kayak tour as well. The Great House has beautiful tropical flowers and forest. We stumbled on that last year and thought it was worth the trip over. If you can any of the BVI day trips are a Must – we go one a different one each year. Ending up a Jost Van Dyke is a MUST! Nothing compares to the beach there. If we go back with friends we will be sure to book the Kiribe Condo again if they will have us back. ? |

(January 2009) There were 4 of us at this condo, 2 adults and 2 children (10 and 12 years). It was very clean, comfortable and roomy. It was nice with the trade winds blowing, eating on the deck and looking at the view. We spent most of our time snorkeling at beaches. Sapphire beach has great snorkeling...sea turtles, choral, (the owner saw an eagle ray there) tons of colorful fish, etc...
Even though Red Hook is less than 1/2 mile away, we don't recommend walking there. One has to walk on the road for a short distance...that wouldn't be safe. We recommend renting a car. Taxi ride to Red Hook is $16 for 4 people. Plus taxi ride from the airport to condo is $60 for 4 people.
We loved the beaches at St John...pristine! Took the people ferry out of Red Hook to St. John's. We rented a jeep for $75 a day and drove from beach to beach. Saw lot's of wildlife when snorkeling...lush choral, sea turtles, star fish, spiny lobster, eagle rays, sting rays, tons of colorful fish.
The owner, Steve, is great to deal with. He responds quickly.

| We stayed at Kiribe December 24th through January 2nd and we had one of the best Christmas's ever! The 85 degree weather sure beats the snow in Chicago! We had a great time in St. Thomas. The location of the condo is very convenient to many beaches and close to Red Hook where you can grocery shop, eat and catch the ferry to St. John. The condo was very roomy for us and our two sons. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony every morning! We would love to return to St. Thomas in the near future! |

Four of us stayed at the condo while conducting
work in the USVI. It was perfect - well-equipped
(great kitchen), nicely decorated, and very clean. It
was really nice to have 2 balconies and the views
were lovely. I also liked how you had options in the
bedrooms - either 2 twins or one king. The
location was excellent; it is close enough to walk to
Red Hook but since there are no sidewalks, you
really should drive, take a taxi, or catch the
inexpensive safari bus into town (which was easy to
do). After work each day, we enjoyed snorkeling in
Sapphire Bay or just walking along the beach or the
marina. Steve was great to work with - quick
replies to questions and very helpful. Overall, a
wonderful experience! |

| Steve has a very nice property in St. Thomas. The place was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. It's a great location, just up the little hill you can catch the safari(bus) to town, which is very convenient if your not driving. I will definitely return here in the near future. |

Go no further if you are searching for a clean, comfortable and well located vacation spot. Kiribe offered everything featured in the description and more! We were very impressed by all the special little touches the condo had that you just would never find in a Hotel/Resort location. The two bedrooms and two full bathrooms worked out great for my family of 5; Mom/Dad and three daughters. The pool and restaurant with a full bar just '75-steps' away makes a nice get away for mom and dad while the children watch a DVD in the condo. If and when I return to St Thomas, I will make sure I do it when Kiribe is available!

| We stayed at the condo with our family and had a wonderful time. All the beaches were beautiful (incl St. Johns). You can snorkel at any beach. We took the car ferry out of Red Hook to St Johns- lots to do there- must stop at Woody's for Happy Hour. One recommendation, make sure to rent a car. It will expand your adventures. |

| What a great vacation we had here and the condo was just lovely, with all the amenities, just a few minutes walk to a beautiful sandy beach with some of the finest snorkeling you'll ever find. The condo is spacious, and the balconies are lovely for conversation and wine after dark! And, when you tire of the beach, there is a beautiful pool just downstairs! We had a perfect vacation, thanks so much! |

| A very spacious, clean condo. There were only two of us but it could easily handle a family. Two large bedrooms and two decks and a large storage room for all beach supplies. The condo pool was beautiful and sparkling clean with plenty of pool-side chairs. This condo was very close to Red Hook which made it convenient for grocery shopping,the ferry or dining out. |

This is definitely a little corner in
"paradise"! The condo is beautiful and
you really couldn't ask for anything
more. Close to everything ... great
beaches, good food, sightseeing and

We stayed in Karibe the week of Feb 2-9 2008. We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as described with all the amenities of home. The view was amazing and Sapphire Beach was great. We will certainly be returning to Karibe. I highly recommend it.

| What a wonderful vacation spot for our family! The unit is so spacious with two large bedrooms with the living room between the two. Great for privacy! Two balconies to enjoy, which we did. The pool is 30 seconds from the door and of course, the sea. What's not to love. We would go back tomorrow. |

| A perfect choice for our stay in St. Thomas. Super location - a short drive (1/2 mile, about 3 minutes)to Red Hook for the ferry, groceres, and restaurants. Walk down the hill to Saphire beach (with some of the most beautiful snorkeling we've ever seen in St. Thomas) or to the marina to schedule a dive or fishing excursion. Everything else is reachable by an easy, scenic drive. The pool next to the unit is very refreshing after the heat of the carribean sun. The condo is very comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults - efficient little kitchen, comfy mattresses and nice linens and towels, 2 balconies to enjoy the morning breeze and coffee, even an ipod port for the stereo! |
