| We stayed at this condo for 3 nights, it was nice, clean and 5 stars hotel room. The owner is honest, easy to do business with and very accomodating. I would stay here again when visiting Vegas next time. Thanks Joe. |

| Just got back from a 3 night stay and really loved it. The studio was more than big enough for two people, and very comfortable. The staff at the Signature Suites was very friendly and accommodating. We weren't happy with the WIFI connection so they brought us a network cable. We needed more coffee and got it within a couple of hours. As for the walk to the MGM Grand casino, I timed it and it took 12 minutes from the room to the Poker tables (which are about as far as you'd go into the casino). Overall, we were very, very pleased. |

| This unit has a wonderful view from the balcony of the pool as well as parts of the strip. It is very clean, well kept, and everything about the Signature is both easy, and classy. It's nice to be able to walk to the MGM, and return to the privacy and luxury of the Signature when the day is done. The million-dollar experience on a reasonable budget! :) Also, the owners are great! Will stay here again! |

| My husband and I stayed over the weekend of July 18-20. We had a wonderful time and found the property clean, quiet, modern, and very well-kept. All parts of our process - booking, checking-in, and out were simple. We loved the Signature facilities - so nice to check out the MGM pools for a brief time and then head back for the very private and serene pools at the Signature. We highly recommened the MGM Signature and this property to all. |

| At the risk of finding this unit booked the next time we want to stay here, we wanted to confirm what the others have said. This is a beautiful condo/hotel and the unit is first class. We enjoyed the use of the relatively serene condo pool but also the option of using the MGM Grand facilities. We had a late flight out and the owner did all he could to accommodate us. We appreciate the hospitality!!! |

| What a great experience this was. The location is ideal. The view is gorgeous. I felt like we were VIP the entire time, with the private gate enterance. The staff was great, there were no lines for cabs. The unit is beautiful, and I love the tub and balcony. The owner was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I hope to stay here again soon! |

| WOW! We had a wonderful stay in this brand new luxury condo at the MGM. This unit is perfect for a couple looking for the traditional Vegas experience with some added luxury. The staff is very friendly and the resort is beautiful. This property offers a different experience then staying directly in a hotel casino, it’s a nice retreat from the 24 hour hustle and bustle of the strip. The owner is excellent to work with and very responsive!! |
