roaming all about the area and if you do stay here be

| Loved the unit and the property. Home is cozy and has everything you need. Love sitting out in the balcony to watch sunrise, sunset or the deer! Point Venture is great...lots of amenities! Driving range, golf course, swimming pool, private beach. Convenient access to boat rental...Lakeway Marina picked us up right on Dink Pearson Park...no need to drive far. Live Music at the Pier. The place has it all, and is not far from Cedar Park and NW Austin where you can enjoy movies, restaurants, etc. Good times! |

| This condo is great, we have stayed here multiple times. My family has many memories in this condo, it is very special to us. The bathrooms have been recently renovated and look amazing. The whole setup is great and the owner (Mrs. Lanclos) is very accommodating and helpful when booking and planning your stays. |

This is a beautiful townhome. We had planned on going to the beach in Galveston, only hurricane Ike took care of that. Bob and Cheryl let us rent the townhome at absolutely the last minute, and we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. My family wants to go back next year instead of to the beach. This townhome is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable for 9 people. Having "Dink Pearson" park in walking distance was an added pleasure as he was my grandfather. Thank you for this awesome vacation! |

| We stayed at the condo for my boyfriend's 30th birthday and had an absolute blast! The place was perfect for a weekend hanging out with our friends and relaxing! It was even nicer than the picture and comfortably slept us and our friends. The golf course in the neighborhood was also nice and was more than accomadating to us, and the lake is easily accesible! This is a great place to stay, we will definately be back! |

| We spent Labor Day weekend at the condo and had a great time. The best part was being able to bring our Lab, who loves to travel with us. We combined UT football with a family get together by the lake. We really like having the park by the lake for enjoying the water. This place is very clean and family friendly and I am sure we will be back sometime. |

| I rented this place for a university organization officer retreat. The view from the balcony was wonderful. The place has everything you need (pots, dishes, bed linens, pillows) without having to worry about bringing anything but food and yourself! There's a community pool nearby and a restaurant on the water. We comfortably fit 10 people in the townhome and had a GREAT experience. |

Last year we came to Austin & stayed in a motel to be close to the kids. This was such a treat to have us all in one place & we were thrilled to bring our dogs because they are part of our family. It was very well equipped and just a short walk down to the lake where we docked our boat and jet ski. We've never seen so many deer. Our deposit was returned very promptly. | The Lanclos's are very friendly and helpful during the reservation process. My Uncle owns a place in Point Venture and our family rented this additional unit during a family reunion. Upon arrival we found everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is very well apportioned with dishes, pots, pans and appliances. There are plenty of "large" towels and very comfortable beds. All of the electronic entertainment equipment worked and the living area is very comfortable and is perfect for visiting. The location is great. From two nice decks you have an unobstructed view of the lake via a wash teeming with deer and a variety of bird species. I recommend this Townhouse, highly! |

The owners of the townhome made every effort to ensure that the property was clean and had all of the comforts of home. They also provided a local guide to restaurants and business that was quite helpful.

| My girlfriends and I recently spent a weekend at the condo in Point Venture and we had a wonderful time. There was plenty of room for all of us and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again. |

The Townhouse at 127 N. Comanche in Point Venture was a great place to stay! The place was very clean and well kept and had almost all the comforts of our own home. We enjoyed our 5 nights at the lake and will definately be back.

The lake was breath taking, the view from the deck magnificent. I hope to return this fall.
I recommend that anyone staying at the condo, take the drive down 620 to the Iguana grill. The lunch specials during the week are cheap and the view from the deck (it hangs off of a cliff over lake travis) can't be beat. Bring your panoramic camera! |

Awesome place to stay for the weekend.
Well furnished and beautiful view from the balcony. Coming back this summer and next summer hopefully. Peaceful neighbor and private lake to boat or ski.

| What a great place to stay! The townhouse is spacious--we had 7 guys sleeping there quite easily and is well equipped as well. The bonus of the boat slip is quite helpful for time on the Lake. The owners were very pleasant and helpful to work with. We booked off the internet and were extraordinarily pleased with our experience. I can recommend this rental to you without hesitation. Enjoy! |

| This was a very well maintained townhouse. The view was breathtaking. Went for walks all over Point Venture and met super nice people. We have so many videos of the deer because they came right up to the porch. We will probably be back & will stay at the same place. |

| We had a wonderful time staying at this lovely townhome in Point Venture. It has a great view of the lake. Our three girls had fun walking the trails down to the lake and seeing the deer come out at dusk. The sunsets and sunrises are beautiful. We would definitely recommend this place to all families for a super time of relaxation and plenty of things to do! We also boated around the lake each day. Have a great time!! |

We really enjoyed our stay at the townhouse at Point Venture! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from the master suite and the moon-lit walks down to the shore line. We also found it conveniently located to Longhorn Caverns, Marble Falls, and the Lake Buchanan river boat cruise. This townhouse had all the amenities to make our stay very pleasant. We will DEFINITELY be back!

| We enjoyed our stay in Point Venture immensely. The townhouse is a beautiful place with all the amenities and has a great view of Lake Travis. Walking along the lake shore was very peaceful and scenic. We hope to return next year. We have stayed at a number of different locations around Lake Travis and found this to be one of the best. |

| Our law school singing group has already rented this beautiful lakehouse out two years in a row, and we hope to continue to make it an annual event. It is so roomy and feels just like "home" that we both get a lot of songs learned and have a wonderful time. |

Accomidations were excellent. The tranquilty of the area is wonderful. We take our kids here at least twice a year and they love it.They especially enjoy the location, wildlife and the park. The nearby shopping in Cedar Park keeps mom happy. We rode the Cedar Park train last trip, well worth the money.
We definately recommend this for a family week of fun. Have Fun!!! |
