| We have just returned from a stay in this wonderful home and enjoyed every minute. My children, seven and eleven, loved to be able to fish without leaving our house and to ride in the boat around the beautiful lake. Fishing was incredibly fun and easy and by the end of our vacation we had caught more than twenty fish. It is an easy boat ride or walk to the great pools and gym. In addition it is so centrally located, it was an easy drive from LAX, and to Newport and Baloa Island, and all the other local attractions. However, we had a hard time getting the kids to leave the development. There is just too much to do and see. The house has a wonderful private side yard with a jacuzzi and the back dock to relax on, fish and watch the boats go by. It provided all the comforts of home while truly being a vacation home! |

My husband and I have been traveling to America each year for the past 9 years visiting our daughter who lives here. Each year is always a tremendous struggle and is very stressful trying to find the vacation rental or hotel. We’ve experienced the wonderful hotel delights that Newport, Laguna Beach, Laguna Niguel has to offer and also some wonderful vacation rentals. But vacationing in these previous places does not come close to spending two weeks in Steve and Renee’s vacation home.
We were met at LAX by a limo which was all arranged by Steve and Renee, it took all the hassle & stress away! Steve and Renee greeted us the following morning to run through the benefits of staying in this lakeside home and made sure we had everything we needed.
We found staying there just so tranquil, it was like staying in a mini haven with everything you could possibly need or want to do very close by, like beaches, malls, entertainment and all types of restaurants!
The neighbors were so friendly and knowing Steve and Renee were only on the other end of the phone if you needed them was very reassuring.
For as long as this home is available for rent, we will go back! If you are looking for a little fishing, trips around the lake for cocktail hour on your own boat, a club house on the lake with diving boards, exercise classes, gym or sun bathing on your private deck (which gets sun all day long) with beautiful views, this vacation home is the place to be.

We just wanted to thank you for helping
us have a wonderful, much-needed
vacation. I must admit, we came with a
bit of trepidation, as we had always
stayed at resorts or hotels before, and
this was the first time we had rented a
house. But as our eldest exclaimed as
soon as he saw the place, it was “the
best decision we¹d ever made”.
The house is beautiful, with all the
comforts and little touches of home,
much better than we expected, and the
pictures don¹t do it justice. It was
very central to all we needed to do,
including visiting LA, the beaches, San
Diego, and Disneyland. The amenities
were great, and each of us enjoyed a
different aspect of the place. Neither
the teenagers nor the toddlers wanted
to return home after that week.
A big ‘thank you’ to Steve for being so
helpful, at the start of our vacation
and also during.
The family has unanimously voted to
return at the first available
opportunity. Thanks again!
