| We had a wonderful time. Michael and his family are so accomodating and friendly without being intrusive. The cottage was very comfortable and well supplied. It was exactly what we wanted. |

We stayed at this property at the end of our 2
months in the States. The property was clean and
well furnished. The property had new bikes, which
we used to ride from Huntington Beach to Newport
Beach. There were beach chairs, several beach
umbrellas, an ice cooler, and ample beach towels. It
was close enough to the beach and Main Street that
we walked there every night for dinner and
cocktails. The property manager was very kind and
helpful. He recommended many great restaurants
and pubs. We had friends that stopped by and we
all used the Hot Tub and Barbeque. The water
fountain in the yard, the outside torches really
made the place feel like our own private paradise.
We highly recommend this cottage. Try it is a great
location and a bargain for the price.

| What a great find and a great deal. We LOVED our little cottage and having the bikes and other beach amenities was such an added bonus. The owner was helpful and gracious and willing to answer any questions or help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this property. |

| A wonderful find at short notice. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street. A great place to stay while we were visiting family. The owner is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Will plan on staying again next year. Appt is well equipped and comfortable. A good find. |

Wow what a find. We needed a property close to
ours for my in-laws. We have used VRBO in the past
and had a lot of luck. This cottage had all the
comforts of home, was within walking distance to
downtown, and a few blocks from our home. My in
laws are already rebooking for their Thanksgiving
and Christmas visits.
