I have been a very satisfied guest of this unit 3 times, twice in the fall and once during ski season. It is a quiet, comfortable, beautiful condo located in an area convenient to many family activities. The main unit sleeps 6 comfortably and the adjoining studio unit is particularly convenient for kids(especially teenagers)and in-laws...everyone has the luxury of being able to kick back in their own space. The views are spectacular year-round and the slopes, rental facilities and lockers are basically right outside the door, along with a mini-mart grocery, great burger joint, and gameroom for the kids. Durango Mountain Resort is a vacation destination within itself, but Durango is a short, scenic drive away and also offers great shopping and dining. I would highly recommend this immaculately kept condo to anyone looking for a great family getaway...I anxiously look forward to going back every year!
