| We had an incredible time in New York, in large part because of the location, comfort, and amazing views from every window of the apartment. The wonderful ideas for exploring given to us by David and Melissa enriched our time on our vacation. We'll be back! |

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful condo in the heart of the theater district. It is tastefully decorated.
We had a cross town bus stop in front of the building and a metro station at the end of the block. It was easy walking to the theaters and great restaurants.
Every morning we enjoyed our coffee, NY times and a view of the Hudson River from our table at the window. We were there for a week and hated to leave. We hope to return soon. |

| Absolutely amazing apartment with awesome views. The perfect place to stay in NYC, brilliantly located. Can't recommend it highly enough. The owners were so helpful and the booking process was simple and we had full trust in it throughout. We would have no hesitation in coming back! |

Hi David,
Good Morning from New York, we are going to leave your condominium today but we would like to thank you for how incredible place in NY you have, this is the perfect way to enjoy our holidays and how you wrote we have felt that we have lived as a New Yorker and not as tourist.
The Condominium was in perfect conditions and we have had everything we need in all this time.
The first day when we got home my girlfriend and myself we couldnt believe the views from all around the apartment, and we woke up very early in the morning just to see the sunrise with all skyscrapers. Everything was much better that we were thinking.
We have taken care about the condominium as if this belong to us, and we have left everything as we found the first day.Thank you one more time and of course we would like to come back a thousand times more.
It was what I wrote to David before leaving and as everybody can see, I strongly recommend this condominium. |

| Location, location, location! This is a beautiful condominium with extraordinary views from each room. Very comfortable, beautifully furnished, and a lovely respite when you might need it from the fantastically exciting city! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be returning soon! |

| I just returned from a 10 day stay in this rental, and it was wonderful! Dealing with the renters was seamless; everything went exactly as it was supposed to. The condo is gorgeous with absolutely amazing views. The photos do not do it justice! I highly recommend this rental; it's far superior to a hotel at a portion of the price! I highly recommend it; it was an exceptional experience. |
