The two weeks we spent at Bryant's Hideaway were the best of our lives. It was just perfect!!! We have stayed in several properties we localted through VRBO and all were very, very nice, but this was the best of all. We spent the first week driving to Westminster to see our granddaughter play softball and enjoyed the beautiful drive every time. The second week we just rested, drove some 4x4 roads, and lost some money in Black Hawk. Our favorite eating place in the whole world is The Peck House in Empire, CO so we spent one evening there. The cabin had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed watching the little rabbits and chipmunks, and sitting in the swing on the back deck and listening to the peace and quiet. We hope to do it again!!

I spent a wonderfully quiet week at this cabin this summer. It was just the retreat I was looking for. I spent time on my own and then went into Boulder and Nederland to visit friends. There is much hiking and hourseback riding in the area. Just a beautiful setting.

Great place to relax. Easy access to Black Hawk/Central City on one end and Nederland to the north. Beautiful drive to Golden via Golden Gate Parkway. Gilpin County workout facility nearby $3/person with track/pool/weights/machines...all new. Great golf at Fossil Trace in Golden (Best New Course 2003 --Golf Digest). Well equiped kitchen. Weber baby kettle for bbq. Comfortable, yet rustic. You can split your own logs for the fireplace, but it was too warm when we were there for that...a rare heat wave. Small collection of books, mysteries...Stephen King short stories was my choice...easily read and finished. Had a great time.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. All the comforts of home in such a wonderfull mountain setting was a magical combination. The location gave us many options to choose from and we loved every minute of it. |

Bryant’s Hideaway is a place to call home, feel good in, and enjoy life! This little cabin brings crisp mountain evenings filled with relaxation, and romance. Imagine crisp fall mountain days spent relaxing in her quaint surroundings , opening the windows to enjoy the great crisp mountain air outside. I could just imagine cold winter nights snugged up in the front of the charming fireplace watching the snowfall over candlelight and a warm drink. This little cabin is clean, has a wonderful charm and is faraway enough to be “away” – yet close enough to go up on a Friday, let go of your hectic work week, and come back on a Sunday relaxed and ready to hit the normal grind. This cabin was within walking distance to the Last Shot restaurant, which was also nice – the food was good, the menu was abundant with options and the people who work there are very nice! If you are into hiking – four wheeling or just getting back in touch with yourself - enjoy this little cabin as much as I did. I anticipate this cabin will bring to you, a memorable worry free escape!

This is a very cozy, quiet and relaxing get-a-way with great amentities. It is clean and updated, yet still has a nostalgic feel. I would positively recommend to anyone for a great escape from the city.
