| Our family has been going to Rocky Point frequently for the past two years and for the past year staying exclusively at Las Palomas. This was our first stay at the "Pearl Condo" and we were very happy. This was the largest condo we have stayed in thus far and this will likely be the one we will try to stay in from now on. Our children loved having their own balcony, the condo is clean, well decorated and well maintained. Jack, the owner, is very caring and courteous, calling us before we left, when we arrived and after our stay to ensure everything went smooth and ask for feedback. Thanks Jack! He was also very receptive to the feedback. Of course, we had a great time! |

This was our first trip to Puerto Penasco and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The Condo was beautiful and the ocean view is truly breathtaking! We enjoyed eating out on the patio every morning and evening and also did some fantastic stargazing every night! We enjoyed exploring around Choya Bay and eating at several local favorites (Flavio's and the Blue Marlin). We also bought some great shrimp from the fish market which we cooked on the BBQ our last night. This trip was fun for the whole family. We plan to come back next year!

| We had a fantastic family vacation at the "Pearl Condo" in Rocky Point!! This was our second summer vacation at Las Palomas. But this was by far the best yet!! The condo was beautiful, we had plenty of room for all of us, so much to do and lots of fun!! With ten days we had our favorite tacos many times, fresh clams & shrimp for dinner, whole fried fish at Flavios, fun at the Cet Mar Aquarium, fresh oysters at El Barco on the estuary, snorkeling in front of the resort on a calm day and much relaxation in the pools!! This is by far the best place for an enjoyable family vacation. Thanks so much to the Pearl family for sharing your special spot and helping to make sure that all was perfect during our long stay. |

Awesome Condo. Extremely nice. Well laid out with plenty of ammenities. Can't get much better. We had a great time searching tide pools at night. Found Octopi, crabs, fish, shells, etc. Great for all ages. Bring a flashlight and water socks and maybe a small net. Pool and lazy river wer awesome! Banana boat ride was great fun for my wife and I and my teenage family. They will cater to all ages. The Pearl Condo at Las Palomas have everything we needed for a great relaxed vacation. We'll be back.

Had a great time at "The Pearl". When we first walked in the door and the kids (11 & 14) saw the patio and view the mood was set "You rock Mom and Dad!"
Jack was very courteous and checked on us frequently (but not too frequently).
Over all great place, view and true customer service. We'll definitely be returning to the Pearl for many weekend visits!

| Jack-after all our attempts to coordinate schedules & availability, we finally had the chance to experience the Pearl Condo. It was a wonderful time. Las Palomas and their support staff should be very proud of this facility. It actually exceeded my expectations. As you know, we have been going to RP for almost 14 years and I couldn't have imagined that this kind of development could have happened. Captain Jack what a wonderful place to spend a vacation. We have rented many condos in Rocky Point and yours is by far one of the nicest. Your personal attention to detail is above and beyond, from the free phone calls, the personal lock code on the door and the welcome phone call we felt at ease from the moment we walked in. | We had the time of our lives! Jack went above and beyond to ensure that our family vacation was the best ever. The condo was gorgeous with everything that we needed at our fingertips. We watched movies, made phone calls to family and friends at home for free, we were able to access the internet without any problems...it was like home away from home. We did not want to leave. | What can I say of a perfect harmony and balance between luxury, pampered stay and the raw charm of a small Mexican town? Staying at Jack's condo in Las Palomas provided that rare combination that makes a perfect vacation. Jack is wonderful as a landlord and makes sure our every needs are taken care of. I have rented many places across the world and I have to say, there are no details missing from this rental and certainly the best place we ever stayed in. The furnishings were beautiful from the granite kitchen counter bar to the luxury stone tile work in the bathrooms. Every nooks and crannies are perfectly decorated and the condo immaculate. I cannot think of a better word when sitting on the hammock on the balcony looking at the ocean other than "I must be in heaven"! There is even additional technology for those of you who just can't get away such as internet connection and magic Jack phone that you can hook to your computer and call the US for FREE! not many other condos provide that and you can be sure, those charges will add up. Your condo is terrific. We have stayed in Las Palomas before and really love the fact that we do not have to check in and out at the lobby with your condo. Thanks for letting us pick our own combination. The free calls to the USA were great. We hated paying $2.50/minute when using their switchboard. The view is sensatinal and the accomodations are absolutely first class. A fantastic vacation and an even better place to stay. Thanks Jack. We will be back. |

| Wow, wow, wow! Pictures on web site are great but real life is even better. Our four day stay was fabulous and comfortable. Can't decide which is at the top of our list: comfortable bed which made for great sleep; spacious great room with fantastic view; tranquil ocean breezes; friendly resort staff; incredible bathrooms (it was nice that we could each have our own); affordable room service and so many other things that contributed to a "10" rated vacation. Highly recommend that you rent Jack's condo. You won't be disappointed (and we are very selective about where we stay). Enjoy! |

The condo was wonderful, everything we needed was provided, and we had a great time. You went the extra mile to make sure we had a hassle free trip, and it is appreciated. Rarely does a hotel room end up meeting your expectations from the pictures provided. Even though you provide great pictures, the condo is WAY nicer in person. I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to Rocky Point, we will be contacting you when we find time to make it back to Rocky Point.

| The condo was more than we expected! We felt like we were home away from home. There is no need to ever leave the resort...everything is there. Jack ... what a beautiful condo you have! It is beautifully furnished and was incredibly spacious and comfortable for our family of five. We were with friends who stayed in another 2BR in the same building, and it was not nearly as large as yours. And the views from the kitchen and the balcony ... oh, my gosh. I could look at that view all day! And the hammock was a perfect way to wrap up our fun-filled days. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for working with us on the fly as we extended our stay not once, but twice!!

Jack- Thank you for allowing my family to stay at your condo on such short notice. I contacted you on Friday and was able to have everything ready to go within a half hour and we were on the road. Your condo is incredibly beautiful and the resort was perfect for a family with children. I couldn't keep my son out of the incredible number of pools. We really enjoyed our stay and will be contacting you the next time we go to rocky point. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else.

THE AMENITIES AT LOS PALAMOS IS PERFECT FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU WANT. WE LITERALLY BROUGHT SOME FOOD AND DRINKS AND EVERYTHING ELSE THAT YOU NEED IS PROVIDED FOR YOU IN A WONDERFULLY DECORATED CONDO. We had a wonderful time at your condo! Everything was perfect! Great views, Great décor, Great large space! Did I mention how much we loved the large hammock on the patio? I spent much time there, relaxing and enjoying the view!
I was a bit hesitant to stay in Phase II because I didn’t think it would have the same amenities as Phase I. Boy, was I wrong. The pools were much less crowded, which was perfect, especially because we had small children. The service at the pool bar was so much better on this side, also (We had such a horrible experience at Phase I).
My family thanks you for a great time in Puerto Penasco. We loved our trip, and especially the condo. I still cannot believe what a great deal we received, reserving directly with you. Thanks again! We’ll be back, next year!
