| I just wanted to thank Jeanette and Jose for the use of their condo. It was perfect for our trip to Cocoa Beach. It was nicely decorated, roomy, and extremely clean. It came fully stocked with anything imaginable. I did a lot of research into finding a condo for our vacation, and I am so happy with my choice. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and will definitely recommend to my friends and family. |

(7/4-9/09) Jose, thank you again for use of your condo during the 4th of July weekend/week. We were able to watch the fireworks from the balcony, however we did go to the beach to watch the majority of them. The condo was well represented... clean, roomy and well equipped (movies, games, beach towel, chairs, etc) with everything needed for a great vacation get-a-way. The view of the ocean, from the balcony, was awesome first thing in the morning. The upkeep of the exterior was another thing I noticed. Actually seeing maintenace being done... pool cleaning, the walls of the entire buildings being sprayed, etc was proof that maintenance is a priority.
I would definitely recommend your condo as a place to stay and will keep you in mind for future visits.

We had a great family vacation in your condo. The weather, beach and pool were great. The kids enjoyed all the beach toys available in the hall closet. We also appreciate all those DVD movies in the living room library. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home. Absolutely wonderful!!!

| We had a wonderful time here. The conco is large and beatifully furnished. THe best thing is it has all the things you need, including beach stuff, etc. A great place to stay with kids. Jose and Jeanette, thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condominium. We had a superb time in Cocoa Beach and at the Sandcastles. We made several friends at the pool and cannot wait to come back again, perhaps this time next year. We appreciate all of your hospitality and amenities. The apartment was perfect for us!

We just wanted to extend our warmest thank you to you for a wonderful vacation accommodation. Your condo is like a "home away from home", and our family was so comfortable there. One of the first thing out of my kids' mouths was "Can we come back again next year?" and we hadn't even been there for more than 10 minutes!
Needless to say we will definitely be back, and you can guarantee we will spread the word. We had a magical vacation, with all the comforts of home, and we look forward to coming back.

I wanted to let you know that me and my family had a very memorable vacation at Cocoa Beach. Your condo is very beautiful and has a fantastic view of the beach. While in Cocoa Beach we took in a Epcot, Universal, Medieval Times, as well as many other things. We really enjoyed our time. Thanks again for the great vacation. We would definitely consider vacationing in Cocoa Beach again.

Just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much we enjoyed our visit to Florida and how happy we all were (kids included!) with the condo. It was amazing - everything it was advertised to be and all the comforts of home! The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean and never too crowded. We had a great time and there was lots to do close by. We would definitely recommned the condo to others!

Jeanette and Jose, We had a fabulous time in Cocoa Beach last month. Your condo was exactly what we were hoping for; clean and very comfortable. The beach was terrific and the salt water pool was a great alternative on windy days.

Jose, we very much enjoyed our stay and felt that you and Jeanette did all you could to make our visit pleasant.
We thought the condo was very clean and well appointed. You obviously had thought of everything a tenant might need. Beach, pool and grounds were all kept clean and were very nice. We liked the proximity to Cocoa Beach Country Club which enabled us to get out early in the morning.

| The apartment was great. It had everything we needed and more. It was in perfect condition;immaculate and in good repair. And despite all that was extremely comfortable. Beach was wonderful and all of the other guests/tenants were friendly and welcoming. |
