This apartment was everything that was advertised
and more. Fantastic location and a beautiful view. We
were greeted by Phillipe who gave us a quick overview
of the city and sites. He went over and above our
expectations. We would definitely stay there again
and recommend it to our family and friends. |

We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon at this fabulous
apartment. The location is THE BEST. The apartment
is spacious, comfortable, quiet, well equipped and very
attractive. We were greeted on time and given all the
necessary information about the apartment and
location. If I visit Lisbon again, I will surely stay here. |

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit (1 Woche) in Lissabon (Sylvester 2008). Die Wohnung ist klasse und scheint im Herzen von Lissabon zu liegen. Alle Ziele sind super mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen und die Haltestellen waren maximal 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend geeignet um Lissabon zu erkunden, und der Rundumblick, einfach Klasse.
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. |

This was a vacation of a lifetime for our family of 6, all adults.
We were very comfortable in this cozy apartment. From here we walked to resteraunts, shopping and trains (to beaches north of Lisbon and to the famous "Sintra"). We spent only 3 nights but would highly recommend this beautiful historical yet modern apartment. |

| PERFECT! We only stayed 2 nts, after a week in algarve. The place was truly perfect, centrally located w/beautiful views. the apt was clean & well decorated. Raul was extremely helpful, giving us advise from transportation to where to buy cigars. looking forward to returning. |

| Clean, well equipped apartment in an excellent location for exploring Lisbon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this apartment to others. There are plenty of things to see and do nearby, and the property is also centrally located for shops and restaurants. A major bonus for us was the use of the garage as we hired a car to visit nearby Sintra, Cascais and Estoril (recommended excursion). Thanks to Paulo and Raoul for ensuring a pleasant stay in Lisbon. |

The apartment is perfect! We spent there 73 marvellous days. It is fully furnished, the location is fantastic and the view over the city unbelievable. We recommend it!

A marvelous apartment in a perfect location. We were
four adults and never felt crowded. The apartment was
also equipped with everything we wanted -- from
coffee presspot to washer/dryer to beautiful views. We
highly recommend it. |

| I can only repeat what so many others have already said. This is a wonderful, sparkling apt, in a great location, with excellent management. We've rented holiday apts in several European cities, and from start to finish, renting this place has been the best experience yet. I just was not ready to leave after 3 days. |

| Excellent location, beautiful views and clean, modern apartment. Having spent a week in small southern town the place felt noisy at weekend nights but what can you expect in mid downtown. If I have any plans to visit Lissabon in future, this is the place to stay! |

Four of us stayed in the apartment for 2 nights for a girlie weekend and we absolutely loved it! The location was perfect and, whilst there was a small amount of noise at night, the double glazing and shutters cut most of it out. It really didn't bother us at all.
The apartment is nicely furnished and having 2 bathrooms is a bonus.
The booking, payment and arrival process was also very efficient.
I hope to return to Lisbon soon and would definitely stay here again. |

| I can only echo the comments made by other guests. Lovely appartment, well equiped, perfect location for exploring Lisbon, lovely views, smooth check in service and yes, it can get a little bit noisy on Rua Garett either with the occasional small group of people talking somewhat loudly after a night out or the local council cleaning the pavement in the middle of the night! Ah well, a good location in any big city usually comes at a price and overall it was a small price to pay I guess for this wonderful spot. Would definately recommend, unless a quiet night is the main purpose of your trip. |

| Excellent modern apartment with everything provided . Very good central location with excellent access to travel infrastructure making it very easy to get around Portugal and Lisbon. Only negative would be that it got a bit noisy at night but it wouldnt deter me from staying there again or highly recommending it . |

The apartment was new, clean, well appointed and layed out. The service from your staff was wonderful and fun. The location was outstanding. The view into the river was an added bonus. The view and sound of the always changing street scene was always interesting. When we return to Portugal we will stay longer in Lisboa and plan our trip to coinside with the availability of your apartment. Thank you so much for making this available (why would anyone stay at a hotel?).
