| We visited Casa Rincon the last week of March. The house was great. I really enjoyed staying right by the pool area. The bus service works great. That is the way to get around for sure. Excellent views. We will probably rent this home again & bring our little ones the next time. We enjoyed it with 8 adults in March. Thanks Lynn for being so flexable with us for our vacation. Lisa |

We are having a fun time at your place in Cabo, and I just wanted to write you a quick note to say thanks, your place is fabulous! Everyone loves it, and we have had the best time. Marta's meal last night was wonderful. Today, the guys are out fishing, and us gals are planning a day at the beach. Thanks again, we love it here, and plan to return (all 8 of us using the whole building) as soon as we can. Thanks for having the football games on TV! We were going to go into town, but since we had it on the TV here, we had a fun time sitting by the pool and checking in with the games. Perfect!

The week went beautifully and we had an absolutely fabulous time. The house was perfect for our needs and so well insulated from sound that John and I and my son who were sleeping on the first floor couldn't hear anyone moving about in the morning. I have to admit that was very pleasant, as the grandkids tend to get up quite early. We loved the beautiful view and having lunch and dinner on the little patio. We really appreciated how well stocked the kitchens were -- everything we needed was there. So thanks for your hospitality. Everyone was delighted with the place.

Lyn, we had a wonderful time! Your home is so lovely ... I believe you have the best view in Cabo Bello. Your neighbors to the right were helpful with restaurant recommendations and grocery stores. We loved having the pool and beach right on site. My brother, the father of two little boys, said this was the most relaxing vacation he's every had.
The house was immaculate ..... your house keepers, gardener, and pool caretakers are doing an excellent job!
Looking forward to our next visit.

| We spent a wonderful week at Casa Rincon. The unobstructed view of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End was spectacular. And the guest book with ideas for activities was very helpful. We had a great time at the private beach, the public beach, Lover's beach and divorce beach. Parasailing was great. And when we weren't in town shopping or dining, or at the beach, we were hanging out by "our" private pool complete with a bar where we blended margaritas and enjoyed the cool ocean breeze every evening. |

| Casa Rincon is an amazing place! I felt like I was in paradise. I woke up every morning and had breakfast overlooking the stunning ocean and palm trees. We also caught some gorgeous sunsets. Everything was so serene and beautiful. The house was great. It was so comfortable, I felt like I was staying at a friend's house. It was hard to leave the house but when we did, it was easy to get around. I am already dreaming about our next vacation there. |

| My friends and I stayed at Casa Rincon at the end of March 2007 and we absolutely fell in love with the place. The pool and the home were so peaceful (with conveniences like grocery stores nearby) that we hardly left the deck all week! We plan to return here for vacation next year and would highly recommend the property. |

| Four of us stayed at Casa Rincon last week and had a great time!..The villa is very comfortable and is in a great location. Would stay at Casa Rincon again. It really is worth the little money you pay too! You wont be disappointed staying here |

| I have been to Casa Rincon twice now and WOW!! I will be going back again. Every morning I sat and enjoyed the view of the Sea of Cortez from the patio, one can never get enough of that peace. During the day, we enjoyed the private pool right out our patio door. The private beach is just amazing and secluded also. For a real treat, don't forget to order some real mexican food from Martha, she prepares it and brings it to Casa Rincon. When we went into town we just went to the front gate and caught the bus (and they were clean) or if you choose to take a taxi, the guys at the gate will call one for you. I was at Casa Rincon for a week and it was not long enough. The house is very clean and comfortable and wonderful to stay at. I would highly recommend staying at Casa Rincon. |

| Casa Rincon really enhanced our stay in Cabo. This gated community, just out side of town, provides security and an ideal location. With city transportation available just outside the gate, we were able to forgo the stress of renting a car and the cost of taxis when heading to downtown activities. Then when you just want to relax you have the private beach or the villa itself. The private beach is a beautiful cove for sunning, reading, snorkeling or kayaking. The villa offers an open patio, private pool and the most incredible sunset views of the tip of Baja. Casa Rincon definitely helped make our trip to Cabo a memorable one. |

| Just got back from a wonderful week at Casa Rincon. The home and the pool were wonderful. Loved having our morning coffee on the patio looking out to lands end...Super easy to get around, the busses were very convenient and nice and clean. If you get the chance please utilize "Marta" the lady who will come and cook for you..she is AMAZING and worth every penny. Her and her husband Jose are so nice. Thanks again for a great place to get away and relax! |

My husband and I had such a wonderful time at Casa Rincon, we have already rounded up some family and friends and booked our next vacation there. The Cabo Bello community where Casa Rincon sits is such a peaceful place for a relaxing vacation. We enjoyed a couple of days just sitting by the pool admiring the fabulous view of Land's End. But when we were ready to get up and go, Cabo San Lucas was just minutes away. Casa Rincon was such a perfect 'starting point' for anything we wanted to do. We enjoyed being close to all of the action, but it was great to have someplace quiet to come back to each evening."

I loved everything about Casa Rincon and I was really pleased about how easy it is to get around. I just paid 10 pesos (1 USD) and jumped on a bus to get into town or to the snorkeling beach in minutes."
