| What a great place! We had the best time here in this condo, we almost didnt go to the beach because the condo is so comfortable. Its the best condo we have stayed in so far. Las Palomas was so much fun. We will be back! |

We just returned from our 3rd visit to this beautiful condo.
It is gorgeous and so comfortable, you may not want to go to the beach!
Kids loved the ocean, all the pools and the kids center. We wouldn't stay
anywhere else. We did not have any problems at border,drive to RP, or in

We once again enjoyed our stay in your condo. You have done everything to make us feel right at home. The kids were like fishes, and couldn't stay out of the pool and ocean. Everything was great in the condo. The MagicJack, crockpot, and frying pan were great additions that we used. And, of course, we got in a few games of Bocce on the beach! Thanks again for a great vacation. |

| 4/09 Just wanted to say "Thank You" for the great stay in your condo. Our kids, ages 9, 11 & 18 had a great time. Appreciated the attention to detail. We had everything we needed. The majicjack came in very handy, as well as the margarita machine. The condo was just like being at home with all the conveniences. We had a great time in the condo and the pool area. We went on the ATV's (twice), banana boat and jet ski's. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone that asks. Thanks |

| Your condo is Wonderful and so beautifully decorated. We have stayed in other condos but yours in #1 in our book. I will not stay in any other place but this one for now on. I am already trying to figure out dates when I can get back to Rocky Point to stay in your place. It is a home away from home. | This was our 4th trip to Rocky Point and this condo was, BY FAR, the BEST accommodation we have stayed in. This is a '5 star' unit, beautifully decorated and completely furnished with everything you need. The two King bed masters made this unit perfect to share with another couple. We'll be back |

| Our recent stay was absolutely wonderful. In the 8 years I have gone down to Rocky Point I have never stayed in such a beautiful condo. Regardless of all the hype in the news, it was clear that Rocky Point is still very safe and is a great place to take a vacation. The kids feel so at home with all the games and we feel at home with all the added luxeries! Thank you for letting into your home! We would love to come back the next time we are in the SW. Now that we have moved to Colorado we are very sad to say that we don't know when we will be back. At least now some of our friends can enjoy your condo without having to fight us for the time! :-) |

| Thank you Mark And Luella for sharing your beautiful condo. This was the perfect vacation to get away and relax. Loved all your little treats you had in your closet. Spices, towels, movies, books, rafts, bags, etc. This was the best vacation we ever had. Good place to eat is called Maria in old town and water sports see Del Mar. Us four girls (45 to 59 yrs) felt very safe in town and had a blast with the locals.Would loved to bring my family to your condo. Great people, great condo, excellent little town, we will be back. | Our family looked for the perfect place to surprise my husband on his 60th birthday. We looked at alot of condos and let me tell you this condo had it all! The view is breathtaking, the furnishings and decor exqusite, and for the money you CAN'T find a better place. We found something for everyone to do during the day; the beach was great, the pools pristine and going home to this condo was a great joy!!! It is everything that is advertised and more. The decorating makes you feel right at home! Beautiful! Thanks Luella and Mark for making our trip a success. We will return!!!! |

| We have stayed at Las Palomas several times in the past and never had the service this condo provided. We loved all the detail in it. I loved not having to spend an hour checking in and out..I was able to go right to the condo. I was able to get in the condo early because the owner is not in the rental pool and doesn't have to rely on LP's cleaning service of checking in after 4:00pm. The condo was very clean and had special touches other condo's did not have when we stayed previously. There was a ton of x-tra's in the condo with pool toys, movies, plush pool towels and a stocked kitchen with spices, oil, popcorn, paper products, etc. What a difference when you rent directly from an owner. |

| Well we just cant say enough! Our daughters 16th birthday was one she will never forget! As our family walked through the front door of this lovely condo our mouths dropped and the kids jumped for joy! Luella added great personal touches that made us feel right at home,(spices for cooking and laundry detergant) we cant wait to return! do not hesitate to stay here the vacation we had was more than memorable! thanks !!! |

| This was an amazing vacation. The condo is decorated beautifully and tastefully and the views from the balcony are unbelievable. The owners have thought of everything from board games to sand toys and the condo is well stocked with everything you could ever want.
