| Our two week stay in Woodstock was one of the most peaceful and relaxing holidays we have ever had. The house was so comfortable and well equipped. Many happy hours were spent sitting outside on the rocking chairs, in the sunshine, watching the humming birds, the red cardinals and chipmunks. It is a lovely location from which to explore Vermont and all that this lovely state has to offer. it was a perfect holiday. Thank you. |

| We had a great time staying at this lovely house on the hill. My husband and I came with our 22 month old daughter and right away we felt at home. The house is immaculate, the bed and bath linens were all super soft and fresh, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils for cooking in, and the views from the porch were a great addition to our al fresco dining every day. We also got to take advantage of the clawfoot tub--especially with some bath salts made and purchased just down the street at Thistle! The location can't be beat -- we barely used our car since it is a short walk to the attractions that our daughter favored most (every single day!) including the nearby river, the covered bridge and the park on South Street near the Woodstock Inn. Other area attractions that we loved are literally a two to ten minute drive, including VINS, Billings Farm and Quechee Gorge -- all of which make timing meals and naps ideal for young families. We will definitely look into staying here again. |

A spectacularly beautiful place for a break from the
city (or anywhere). We've been twice and will return
again. Every season has its wonders -- this last
time we enjoyed the late Spring skiing and hiking
enormously. The house is perfectly kept, very
comfortable, has a great view, and both town and
country at its fingertips. |

| We had a wonderful time. The house was so well equipped and in the perfect location. The porch is so inviting, we will have to come back in the summer to really appreciate it. We certainly got the relaxing vacation we were hoping for. |

We choose this home because the pictures of the porch we viewed on line looked so inviting. We would rent this home again because it was so comfortable. Everything that we needed to make our stay pleasant was provided.
And most importantly we never slept so well. Thanks for a great time! |

| We loved being on the side of Mount Peg with our Woodstock resident children and grandchildren in their home across the valley on the side of Mount Tom. It was the kind of time we seldom get with that family and the house lent itself to the occasion perfectly. |

| This is a lovely house, in great proximity to the heart of Woodstock (easy walk to the village, shops, parks, library...) and just at the entrance to some very lovely trails on Mt. Peg. The house is well appointed, very comfortable, with lovely views. Highly recommend. Chris and Deborah, the owners, are great, and very easy to work with. |

| We absolutely loved our stay in this home and this town. I'd recommend this to anyone. We could walk to everywhere. Bentley's was an excellent eatery. The view from the porch was enjoyed from morning til night. Nicely decorated home with everything you could need! |

| This was a wonderful house. All of the amenities were excellent. We noted that the house was stocked with high-quality sheets, kitchen supplies, and many other items that you'd want in your own home. The house is a quick walk to downtown. Do note that, if you want to be able to walk to town, the house is up a hill and may be less accessable by foot for those who have trouble walking. However, it isn't a problem to drive and park if necessary in the downtown area of Woodstock. |
