Our family spent a wonderful 8 nights at the condo.
We've stayed in Mission Beach before but the
location of this condo, its cleanliness and wonderful
deck can't be beat. Our 1 year old loved playing on
the deck and people watching, while I was able to
get out for a surf. Peter was very helpful and even
made sure some items we left behind were returned
to us. Looking forward to returning one day. |

| This property was ideal! The washer/dryer; internet; and big screen TV made our stay even more enjoyable. Morning coffee and evening wine on the front deck made the stay here prefect for me. My teenaged grandaughters could enjoy the beach, while completing their homework via the net! We love this property and we LOVE MISSION BEACH! |

| The condo was in a prime location. It was so close to the theme park and obviously the shore too. The deck was huge and impressive. We saw dolphins a few times, which was a bonus. We had no problems whatsoever and would love to come back another year. |

We really enjoyed our stay on the ocean front...we couldn't get the kids to do anything but play on the beach...no lines at SeaWorld, no drive to the Zoo....just boogie boarding on the beach! A dad's dream.
Couldn't ask for a more relaxing vacation for the whole family. |

| Thank you Peter for a wonderful San Diego vacation it was everything we wanted and more! Beautiful sunset views, awesome people watching, fun boogie boarding and sandcastles right out our door. The patio was awesome, the house was clean & so was our laundry thanks to the washer & dryer in the unit. Never had to worry about the hassle of parking at the beach with our garage. Don't want to say to many good things cause it may be to booked for us to go back but an overall awesome experience. THANK YOU! |

I honestly can't think of any reason to stay anywhere else in San Diego. Peter's place is clean and beautiful. The deck facing the ocean is amazing and we spent many happy hours out there soaking up the sun.
This was our second stay in this condo and if we return to San Diego, we'd love to stay there again. That sums it up right there. Fantastic condo and wonderful owner! |

We really enjoyed staying in Peter's condo in San Diego and taking a break from Minnesota weather the week after Christmas! We were fortunate to have nice weather in the upper 60s and lower 70s.
It was nice to have a garage for the car and since both the garage and the condo could be opened electronically, we had no keys to lose.
The location is awesome! We loved people watching and hanging out on the deck. Great sightseeing - not far from major attractions.
We can't wait to come back. |

| Staying at Peter's made our trip the best it could be! It is right on the beach, close to Sea World, Belmont Park(roller-coaster, wave house,games), and downtown San Diego is 15 minutes away. My daughter loved the bunk beds, my wife loved having a washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the unit, I loved parking in our own garage. I will stay here again for sure! Make sure you leave plenty of time to enjoy the beach. Thanks again Peter for a wonderful week. |

| Just stayed at this beach house. I live in Pacific Beach, but I wanted to rent a place on the beach for my family when they came in town to visit. The apartment is exactly as described. The deck outside is huge and the views are amazing. The area is perfect. The roller coaster area is only 2 blocks away, so everything is very convenient. |

| Peter was very accommodating to us and made our stay a pleasant one. The house was nicely kept, had everything we needed and the best part was waking up and having breakfast on the deck every morning while we watched pods of dolphins swim by and surfers crash in the waves! It was close and convenient to everything in San Diego and we highly reccommend Peter to anyone looking for alternatives to a dingy hotel in the city. Thanks for a pleasant stay. |

| I brought my daughter and Two of her girlfriends (all age 14) and the Four of us had the greatest time. The girls passed up a day at Sea World just to keep hanging out at the place. The accomodations are PERFECT...The condo, the view and the neighborhood......all very nice.......very relaxing.............Peter is very helpful and professional.......your concerns are his concerns........we've booked again for next year.............lookinf forward to it........Thanks Peter......our memories are priceless |

| Our stay at Peter's was wondeful! The deck and views are magnificant and the location was ideal. In close walking distance to shops,coffee and restaurants. Our two boys really enjoyed the close walk to the Belmont Park roller coaster too! We loved having our own living space to cook, relax and watch movies and of course having breakfast on the deck every morning. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to San Diego. |

| We are planning to return! Loved the easy access to the beach and the deck to people watch. Peter was very conscientious and the condo was neat and clean! Loved the key pad entry - no keys to hassle with. Parked the car in the garage and used our bikes the entire visit. Very relaxing and enjoyable. |

| What a great place! We stayed a week with our 2 daughters, 5 and 3. They loved the bunkbed. Great people-watching from the deck. Close to everything. Beach is right outside. We saw a bunch of dolphins from the deck. Convenient parking in garage, with garage door opener. We'll be back! |

| Thanks Peter, we enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful, the accommodations were as described, the place was clean, and the spectacular views were never taken for granted. It was a nice bonus having a small garage to park the car in as well. The sports bar around the corner had great fish tacos and next to that was another shop where we were able to rent/buy items for the boardwalk (skateboards, surfboards, etc). Definitely would stay here again. |

Where can I start!! What a great vacation, waking up and having my coffee on the deck, watching my husband and daughter right in front of the condo play in the water while my one year old son took a nap in the clean, well kept condo.
We took the kids toys and spend 75% of our time on the deck. Grilled at night and made the friendly neighbors jealous.. Sea world and the zoo is just minutes away, We had a blast,Thank you for everything Peter, you are great!! See you next year.

We had a wonderful vacation at Peter's place! His condo is better than described - very clean, comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay! We also have an Expedition and it very well in the garage. The location is the best - right across from the beach...perfect for my surfer husband and our two active young children who love playing on the beach! Plenty of activity from the Boardwalk, but not right in the thick of things. It's also very close to Sea World, Old Town and the Zoo. Peter, thank you for everything and we definitely plan to come back!

This is our second time renting this unit.
OUTSTANDING VACATION RENTAL! Peter is a great host. Everything is shiny, clean and like new! Can't beat the HUGE private deck (Hello Slo-Mo). It's 15 feet to the the beach. Great private garage (with remote control). The location is close to anything you'll need. We visit Mission Beach annually, and this is where we stay.

What a great place! Plenty of room for two adults and three kids. Location is perfect for all kinds of things, and the patio was awesome!
Also, we drive a Ford Expedition and were able to park it in the garage. Definitely a plus!

Peter was wonderful to deal with from the very start. This being our first condo rental experience we were quite apprehensive but Peter was extremely professional and really made the entire transaction easy and stress free. The way vacations should be!
The condo was much better than pictured. The balcony is to die for and made for perfect people watching and relaxing in the cool pacific breeze. Literally five steps from the beach and not even a block from really great shops, restaurants, and attractions. Super clean interior, and had everything we could've imagined. We were seriously impressed with everything. Next time we plan a trip, we're definitely staying here.

| OUTSTANDING VACATION RENTAL! We just wrapped one of our best vacations, and these accomodations are why. The place is EXACTLY as described by the owner, who is a great host. Similar to a newly constructed home--everything is shiny, VERY clean and like new! We stayed with 2 young ones and there was plenty of room, and it was as "spic and span" as could be. It is a clean, well-maintained place--we enjoyed the HUGE private deck on the beach--WOW---and the private garage (with remote control). We were up and down the shore and looked at MANY properties--this one is by far the best available (be careful, there are some tired places for nearly the same $$$). The location is also perfectly located on the beach--close enough to anything you'll need. Why stay anywhere else? Good question. We will definitely return to Mission Beach, and this is where we'll stay--without question! Thanks Peter! |

| What a great place to stay.The porch is the best.Each morning while eating breakfast outside we would watch the dolfins and of course the surfers.The condo is very comfortable with your own washer /dryer which was nice due to five women in the same condo.My four girlfriends and I had a blast.The location is great because your so close to everything.We had plenty of room inside but spent most of our time on the porch.The condo was very clean and well taken care of.Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one.
