| We stayed in this apartment in SML for 2 weeks in July 2009 (2 adults and 2 kids – teen and 9). The apartment was exactly as described and seen on pictures: clean, spacious and well appointed. There are views of mountains from every window and from the balcony one can the sea in a distance. It is very centrally located, close to all necessities (groceries stores, restaurants) and easy approx.10 min walk to the town’s beach. The owners provide very good information with regards to activities, places to eat, places to avoid etc. Would recommend. |

| It was a pleasure to stay in your apartment. It was clean, spacious, well appointed, and very well located, exactly as you had described it. It was delightful to sit out on the balcony and look out over the town. Santa Margherita was a beautiful town, which we preferred to Portofino, and we had some of the best pizza and chocolate dipped ice cream that I've ever had. Well worth the trip! |

We so enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated and situated apartment. The views are spectacular. The apartment is extremely convenient for all amenities. Santa Margherita is charming and interesting. Excursions by boat or train are easy and rewarding. The recommendations for restaurants, delicatessens and bakeries are spot on. The local neighbourhood, San Sirio, down the steps is different and fascinating.

| Having visited other neighboring towns along the coast including Portofino, this town offers the best overall upscale experience – shops, restaurants, cafes, nightlife, beaches. The rental location is ideal, offering picturesque views of both mountain and sea. One feels at home in the freshly decorated interior offering Italian charm and every modern convenience—even an American coffee maker! If you follow the owner’s many recommendations on where to eat, sun and shop, you will not be disappointed. It is a true find in an idyllic setting! |

This cozy apartment lies in a peaceful yet social town where becoming an italian is easy. My father and I had the pleasure of staying in this two bedroom home for two weeks which did not seem to be enough. Our trip was more of the relaxing vacation rather than the tourist vacation and allowed us to become italians and truely enjoy their life style. This town is small enough to walk around and memorize the streets in days but also is located near many other small towns. The beach is only a ten minute walk away and the main strip is located by the ocean as well. The people in the town are extremly friendly and with in days you have regular friends. Now for the tourist who like to see everything the train station location five minutes from the apartment takes you to all the main cities you can think of. This location is the best thing you could get to make your stay in Italy the most fantanstic trip in your life.

| We stayed 3 wonderful weeks in this property. The interior and amenities were great and can support a family of 4 or 5 comfortably. The location is in a quieter area but an easy walk to stores, restuarants, train station and the beach. Santa Margherita is a great centrally located town where the train stops frequently and you can travel to other parts of Italy easily..It was great fun. If you are a "TV" watcher there are no English channels so best bring your own DVD player and movies for those late evenings. |

Thank you for making our stay in Santa Margherita
such a pleasure. Your condo is spacious, spotless,
comfortable, and has every convenience. The location
is perfect for walks to nearby piazzas, shops, cafes
and restaurants, and yet it is quiet and peaceful. What
a wonderful view! |
