What a wonderful house!! Many of our group were experiencing their first visit to the West Coast or Santa Barbara area. Our family shared many memories together as we were here for our nephews...wedding over the Memorial weekend. We loved everything from quaint Montecito restaurants to unbelievable ocean vistas along the Pacific. Thanks from the East Coast.

From 4 to 88 - family members of every age ooohed and aaahed at the charm of the house and its beautiful appointments. Even the hummingbirds feasting outside the windows provided us all with further proof we'd found the ideal get-away. Everything about the house speaks of care and luxury. Just gorgeous.

We came in from Wisconsin, our older son and family came in from Oregon. The occasion was to celebrate our younger sons PhD from UCSB (computer science). The house and grounds were perfect and allowed us to indulge in our family. Hopefully time and circumstances will allow us to visit again.

So...like the only question to ask now is WHEN ARE WE COMING BACK??!! This house rocks! We were here for a wedding but never wanted to leave the house! From the moment we walked in, the house felt like our home - cozy; well appointed; amazing location! Clean too. A+ for sure. Our 3 year old daughter loves the upper loft - she cried when she found out we are going home today! Many thanks for this amazing experience - we will be in touch! Back home to Nor Cal.

The weekend the grandkids came down was such a delight. We had to run out the front door when the trains passed by. The loft was their own special place and such an adventure for them.

We could become addicted to Montecito life! The gardens are beautiful & we appreciated the fresh details and beautiful colors in your retreat - nice job.
Father & son had a mean game of ping pong (sorry Dad) and early morning book time in the garden was tranquil. I loved the upstairs retreat (I am stealing a few ideas!).
We're hoping to be repeat guests.
