i have two rental properties available in harvey cedars, one oceanfront property that is right on the beach. the oceanfront is unlike other oceanfront houses, in that you can hear the waves and ocean while sleeping. the other is an oceanside house, just 3 houses to the beach, about 50 steps(150ft) to the sand. located right next to north beach, no streets to cross to get to the ocean and only 8 houses to the bay. top floor oceanside has an ocean view, both floors have a bay view. both properties are recently upgraded, fully stocked, central air, new decks, remodeled interiors. see pics on my site below. the properties and location are family oriented
the oceanfront house has a spectacular view, house is centered on the beach so the lifeguard stand is right in front of house, private road so kids can walk back and forth to beach for food, bathroom, etc. the oceanfront property is unlike other oceanfront houses, in that you can hear the waves and ocean while sleeping. you can see the ocean from bottom floor as well. A super bay front park/playground called "sunset park" is just 2 blocks away, includes tennis, basketball, playground equipment, baseball field, crabbing dock, fishing pier, exercise course, bocce, horseshoes, volleyball court.
the oceanside house is three houses from the beach, 50 steps, about 150 ft, also just 8 houses to the bay and 4 blocks to the above mentioned bay front park/playground. this oceanside property has an ocean view
from the top floor and bay views from both the top and bottom floors.
each floor sleeps 8 has 3 BRs, 1 queen, 2 twins, 2 sets bunks(4 twins), each bedroom has its own cable TV with remote
been doing this for 26+ years and my weeks usually go very quickly.
all properties have central air, heat, newly installed decks, upgraded kitchen/bathroom/flooring/carpeting, includes 6 beach badges, 4 cable TVs with remote, VCR, very clean, well stocked and well taken care of.
Upgrades for 2006:
* new external AC units for both floors 4 E Bergen Ave
* new refrigerators - all
* TV's with cable/remote newly installed in all bedrooms
* so each floor now has 4 TVs
* new dryer at 6307E
* new propane grills, both floors, both houses
* new hot water heater 6307E
* new gravel and stone for 6307E parking area
there is a reason my weeks rent out quickly, very clean, good value, fully upgraded and appointed. by renting through me, the owner, you save the 12% real estate commission. if you have any problems, you call me and it gets taken care of.
downstairs is great for kids, fewer stairs to get to the bathroom, fridge......etc
