What an extremely comfortable home-away-from-home. We spent the month of February 2009 at this condo and found it fully equipped, clean neat and well maintained. Parking was convenient, right in front of the unit door. Although not directly facing the ocean, the balcony was positioned such that we could easily view the ocean without the problem of beach sand being blown in our faces due to the ever-present on-shore breezes. It was a short [less than a block] walk to the beach.
We enjoyed the beach life-style of Tybee as well as the easy drive to Savannah where we spent a lot of time walking and sightseeing that beautiful historic city. We drove to St Augustine for a few days and Hilton Head was just a day trip away. Restaurants on Tybee were GREAT, especially AJs Dockside (wonderful sunset photos and terrific food and service; the Lighthouse Pizza for good pizza and converstaion with the owner, the Sugar Shack, and best of all for breakfast, The Sunrise Restaurant!!
Renting this unit was SIMPLE...easy transaction with the owner. We would higly recommend this unit for a wonderful stay on Tybee and to be so near Savannah. Keith & Barbara
