| I rented this condo in Feb09. It is in a great location and has ample room for a family of 4. The underground parking and elevator came in very handy not only to keep you out of the snow but also in coping with the luggage required of a wife and 2 kids! ha! The flat screen TV's in each bedroom + DVD players kept the kids busy in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, even a crockpot, if you want to cook up some chili or stew for consumption after a day of skiing. The grocery store next door is convenient place to purchase all the ingredients. Condo is located such that you can easily walk to the red lift and if you don't ski you are surrounded by shopping. My 2 year-old enjoyed the park across the street where there is play equipment and plenty of room to have a snowball fight or build a snowman. The owner is very dilegent and great to work with. He also provides you with good and useful recommendations. The property is in tip-top shape. |

| We went in the off season so there wasn't hardly anyone in town, but if you're looking for a place to get some peace and quiet, go fishing and take in some nice scenery, this condo is a great place to do it. The location was the best in town, a block from the store and basically right in the middle of everything. It was just what the doctor ordered for me and my group. |

My family of 5 stayed 3 nights and wished we had more time. This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. Thanks to my brother who told me about VBRO, I found this condo and was a very skeptical person because I had never rented from an individual before. Rest assured this was the best transaction I have ever had. (Thank you Pete!)
This condo is wonderful, more than we expected after staying at other facilities in Red River in the past. The balconies were an added bonus! The location is excellent, walk to the lifts and grocery store just a few steps away. I was worried about the noise from the street, but that was not a problem at all. I looked into several properties and Pete was by far the best to work with, the others just didn't seem to care. The pictures are good, but don't do the condo justice, it is beautiful! The full kitchen was just like being at home. The bedrooms were very nice, we thoroughly enjoyed the LCD tv's! The underground parking was great, we unloaded right onto a luggage cart and turned around to enter the elevator, all within a few steps.
Do not hesitate to book this property, you won't be disappointed! I can't wait to go back! |
